This is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again.

Our family stayed at the Regency Hotel for 4 days in August and loved every second of it. Our room was more like an apartment, with two bedrooms and bathrooms plus a fully equipped kitchen. There was a record player with records, a guitar, board games etc for guests to use. Every morning, the included breakfast was just a delight - so delicious and served either in the hotel dining room or in your own private suite. The staff went out of their way to help us and were so kind and enthusiastic. The location is great as well, an easy walk to shops, Queens University and a short taxi to downtown. Honestly just a very memorable and comfortable stay, very luxurious for a reasonable price. Will 100% be back!

Regency House is by far the best accommodation in Belfast It is exquisite The staff are really friendly and cant do enough to make your stay pleasant The accommodation is world class! All of our family loved staying here and didn't want to leave! Its so quiet, and so beautifully appointed. Immaculately clean and tidy throughout The room service was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff match the beauty of this place. KInd, considered and respectful They parked our car and retrieved it when needed and helped carry all of our luggage back and forth I can not recommend Regency House highly enough ! Thank you for making us all feel so welcome for the week we were there!

This was our favorite lodging in Ireland. A bit more expensive than we would normally have secured but they really lived up to the cost with above average service and amenities. The rooms are newly renovated and beautiful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable as well. Having a cocktail in the pub was relaxing and Patrick gave us some good pointers on our trip and with drink suggestions. Breakfast was also amazing and they sent us off with some pastries and a coffee and tea to go when we left for our road trip. We truly felt pampered by the team and would highly recommend staying here.

What a wonderful stay! We arrived in the pouring rain to smiling staff with an enormous umbrella to usher us inside! The setting is just beautiful and everything in our room was so well thought out! The lighted makeup mirror was a real bonus! Every single member of staff was exceptional! All smiling and chatting with ease! Such a huge credit to the hotel and the management! Nothing was too much bother! We will definitely be back!

The Regency is truly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are gorgeous & very spacious, the breakfast is amazing, location is great, but what really made our experience was the team. Isabelle’s enthusiasm was infectious, and she was always ready to help, Max took wonderful care of us, and Laura and Alessandra were incredibly kind. Ciara was a great help in planning our Belfast itinerary. We really look forward to coming to Belfast again and staying at the Regency.

Excellent location, easily walkable to the university quarter and botanic gardens. Small high street within few minutes. Hotel rooms and apartments in adjoining crescent buildings. Hotel rooms recently opened and well decorated. Ours had slightly industrial feel, with wood, metal and exposed brick. Good breakfast from open kitchen. Dinner served in the bar into the evening. Dietary requirements addressed. Well trained and enthusiastic staff went the extra mile with welcome and attention to detail.

We stayed at Regency House for a week at the end of July in a suite. An absolutely amazing stay, beautifully appointed room with all the amenities you could ask for. Huge breakfasts, either in the restaurant or delivered to your room. Kitchen with every appliance, utensil you might need, coffee machine, cocktail bar or pizza slicer! Nicely located, a short walk into the town centre, close to the Botanic gardens and a great variety of restaurant options very close by. Beautiful views to the park below and across to Cave Hill on the horizon. Most importantly - the exceptional service from all the staff at the Regency Hotel. Friendly, helpful, attentive, nothing was too much for any of them. From the moment we walked in, until the morning we left. Very warm, genuine and happy to help and offer suggestions. After staying for a week, it really did feel like home and family. If ever we manage to get back to Belfast we would stay here again. Highly recommended. Thanks to all the beautiful staff for a memorable end to our three weeks in The Emerald Isle.
