Don’t stay here if you want a good nights sleep. It’s right next to noisy bars with late night emptying of glass bottle bins, and then before 6am you’re woken up by very loud municipal vehicles and street cleaning / jet washing which sounds like a thudding disco

I had an unpleasant experience with the staff at this establishment. Upon check-in, I was charged for breakfast that I explicitly stated I did not want. I immediately requested that the charge be removed and credited back to my account. However, the staff claimed they were unable to process the refund and informed me I would have to "claim it back," which I believe reflects a questionable business practice. As this was a business trip it would be classed as busines fraud, this was clearly explained to the two members of staff on check-in. What should have been a straightforward task—issuing a refund—turned into a frustrating ordeal. The staff were extremely unhelpful, obstructive, and seemed unwilling to resolve the issue. It wasn’t until I insisted on escalating the matter to their manager that any action was taken. Even then, the issue wasn’t resolved until the day before my departure. This experience highlights a significant lack of staff training and customer service standards. I strongly recommend reviewing your staff's training and processes to avoid future issues like this and to ensure customers are treated with respect and fairness.

Perfect location for the bars in cathedral quarter which are on your doorstep. Reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. Avoid the bar. A young barman wearing glasses was tonight (29/03/2025) making fun of people’s appearance at the bar. Rude, needlessly nasty and arrogant, very uncomfortable to witness. He was letchy towards young attractive girls who looked incredibly uncomfortable. I truly hope his behaviour is being monitored. The security team were lovely, friendly and professional. This place would have got 5/5 if it wasn’t for the bar man’s horrendous behaviour. Please avoid this hotel if you intend to drink onsite otherwise it’s in a perfect spot.

The room was spacious with no drawers or cupboard doors, so packing is super easy, as its clear where all your stuff is! Well designed! Good breakfast with plenty of choices & generous amount of choice with time to take it too. The staff were all very helpful, friendly & full.

Clean, comfy bed, quiet night. Magda the breakfast host was kind, helpful and attentive. Made us welcome and at ease. Patric the chef did a great job, single handed. My wife is vegetarian and Patric very quickly cooked her som meat free sausage and bacon. Thankyou.

My room was in the 1st floor so I didn’t have a view. That was ok as I wasn’t in the room that much. The linen was clean. The bed was comfortable and I had plenty of pillows. The bathroom was clean and water hot. I was in Belfast for a concert and as a solo female I came back to the hotel for a drink. However at 10pm the bar was closed !! Surely as a hotel guest I should have access to a drink 24/7 ?? This as v disappointing and I was told that was normal - no it’s not and I was told in the morning there was staffing issues !! Not good

Excellent Hotel. Food and facilities great. Friendly welcome at check in with David and Debbie. Definitely recommend. Room and shower very clean and comfortable. Close proximity to great part of Belfast City. Breakfast was great. Will be back again.

David and Debbie at reception were very welcoming and accommodating. Making us feel very welcome. Amazing staff to have on the front desk. It was my husbands birthday and they called to the room with chocolate and a hand written note which he really appreciated
