A mother and daughter stay in the family room, found through *********** The location is ideal if arriving by car from international airport, with a reserved parking space out fron upon check in, in a residential area, but not noisy. The planes fly low quite regularly, but not during the night or morning. Certainly not to disrupt sleep. The room had it's own combination lock, as well as the front door which made it feel safe what with the building being shared by other guests. Comfortable beds and warm at the front of the building in June. The 5a bus was a 5 minute walk away, taking you into the city for £1.70 single adult fare and contact less. All the rooms were clean and presentable and it was nice to have a gluten free selection of breakfast items, as well as a sto key up fridge of eggs, milk and juices. I would really recommend this for a city break and would stay again.

Avoid this accomodation at all cost - We booked Castlereagh guest house via *********** and would never recommend this to anyone .The room we stayed in was very rundown with large cracks all over the wall , damp patches all over the room , the carpet in the room was very poorly fitted to the point the carpet gripper was exposed my partner caught her foot on it on numerous occasions . There was food staines on the wall under the tv and the neighbourhood where the property is located is very run down and I would highly recommend not to walk through the streets surrounding the accommodation as it is not safe .

The room, though spartan was ultra clean. It doesn't matter that the room was basic because it was just a bed for the night. The facilities were spotless too. The television in our room didn't work but the guest lounge was cozy and the TV worked fine. The guest house was easy walking to the nightlife. Those are the good things. The negative things are the ultra creaky stairs, the thin walls and the noise from the street. None of us slept more than 4 hours due to Saturday night revellers and an agitated man cursing at someone on the telephone at 2:00am! Not sure if he was a guest or a tenant from the neighboring attached house.

Booked this property through Airbnb (whole house) cancelled without any explanation 3 days before travel!! Ruined our plans and a wholly unprofessional approach. Not to be trusted and can only imagine Jim got a better offer and was quite comfortable spoiling our first visit to Belfast.
