Balmoral Hotel, Belfast

The Balmoral is a firm favourite for me and my family. This occasion was a function that I attended with my friend. The staff can’t do enough to make every visit special, especially on this occasion when we were staying overnight. From the warm welcome at reception from Sophie when we arrived to our beautiful meal in the evening, we had the most relaxed, comfortable and welcoming stay. There was a beautiful dessert board awaiting us in our room, such a thoughtful and kind gesture, it tasted sublime too. Our room was lovely , spotlessly clean and the beds are so comfortable ~ that is a big thing for me because I find it difficult to sleep unless in my own bed. The shower is really good too. Fresh, soft towels and plenty of them. We had a beautiful breakfast the next morning, a good variety of cooked food and cereals, fruit, fresh juices and tea and coffee as well as some continental breakfast items. As we were about to make a move a staff member insisted on refilling my Stanley cup with fresh water and ice, very much appreciated. We were warmly greeted by the lovely Sophie the following morning and we told her how much we appreciated the thoughtful touches and the kind staff right through the hotel. The Balmoral Hotel is definitely a home from home and I would recommend it to anyone without hesitation. Thank you for your hospitality 😊 we will be back soon.

I went to Balmoral Hotel on 20.12.2024 for a Christmas Party Night Out with the FAB CAROLYN stewart. There was 10 girls at my table. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs, a glass of prosecco on arrival was a lovely gesture. We were served a 2 course meal which was unbelievable. The entertainment from start to finish was amazing. Our group never sat down the whole night (only to eat). Ive never been anywhere that provides such good entertainment all night lomg. Carolyn topped the night off with her fantastic tunes... As if we werent fed enough, an evening buffet was served around the tables which just added to all the extras... A big massive shout out to the staff at the Balmoral. Thank you for an unforgettable evening. I cannot wait to book next years Christmas Party night. Service was amazing and the staff were friendly, warm and welcoming who went above & beyond. A special shout out to Breige (I hope thats correct) who was so attentive & provided an excellwnt service to our table all night.

We have been coming to the Balmoral for twenty years. My husband was a previous leukemia suffer and we started staying as a night away as we made our visits to the Cancer centre .we liked how the staff greated us from reception to lady Ann restaurant to the staff the did breakfast .when I ring to say we are coming the girls at reception example Fiona.Donna and Christine this is only a few of reception team will always look after us.My husband and I usually stay in one of the superior rooms or executive and they are very clean. Always delighted on our stay maybe a hospital visit to birthdays and even Christmas shopping what a team

Went for a quick lunch with the family , I must say that this place is fantastic from the moment we went in until we left we were treated so well that we thought we were the only customers. Food and service is excellent and have to give a special mention to Damian the manager, He was amazing. See you soon Colin.

Clean, comfortable rooms with plenty of parking and very easy access just off the motorway and an easy 10 minute drive into Belfast. What really makes this property extra special is the wonderful staff. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where each and every staff member has been friendly, welcome and helpful. I would especially like to thank Mary who looked after us at breakfast and Fiona and Sophie - the 2 wonderful receptionists who could not have done more to make us feel welcome.

Fiona at the front desk was more than helpful, looking into getting us a different room that was more accommodating for us, the food and service was excellent. The hotel was very close to the Kingspan rugby stadium, Hopefully back in June. Thanks for everything Fiona.
