Hotel Tesla - Smart Stay Garni

In Vracar close to the cathedral but quite far from city center, but taxi is cheap so still ok, the beds was horrible and we had difficulties to have a good night sleep, like sleeping on the floor, extremely bad beds, room was nice with the balcony and lots of selection on the TV, the Aircon was struggling to hold a 22 degree in the room and the room was not attended as we asked for and no replacement on water bottles and coffee powder that we asked for several times and have to go and get our self finally, the girls at the reception and breakfast was nice and should teach the guys how to be polite and helpful, they have missed out on that lesson. breakfast was just ok and no changes during our 4 mornings there and we have to pay extra for the cappuccino that was not included, very bad due to that the served coffee was not up to standard, I think that the owners have a good idea what they want to achieve but the day to day running needs to bring up a notch, will we go back, I dont think so.

Otel temiz ve güzel çalışanlar güleryüzlü.mihailova caddesine epey uzak 31 nolu otobüsle gidebiliyorsunuz yada taksiyle 600 dinara gidebilirsiniz.merkeze biraz uzak kısacası.odalarda oturma odası ve yatak odası bulunması güzel.balkon var.kahvaltısı doyurucu genelde aynı şeyler çıkıyor zaten şehir otelleri böyle oluyor.kruvasan, yumurta börek yumurtalı ekmek zeytin peynir meyvesuyu vs var.saat kaçta geldiysek kahve bitmiş oluyodu.filtre kahve makinesi çok yavaş onu beklerlen çok zaman geçiyor. Meyveler de 2 gündür aynı ilave yapılmamış hiç kalanlar sadece.oda temizliği günlük yapılıyor.kalıcak olanlara tavsiye ederim.

Camera, esattamente quella in foto, molto grande, ben arredata e pulita. Di ottima fattura ed arredata con gusto. Prezzo buono per i servizi offerti, aggiunto anche il parcheggio nel garage, per me un'ottima soluzione. Suggerito 9+ Servizio e personale molto gentile e disponibile.
