預訂的套間 格局和房型設計都很寬敞舒適！公寓式酒店的感覺，私密性極好！酒店每日提供歡迎水果自取，入住當日也有特色小甜點和一大壺水！算是很貼心了！在這家入住時間最久，地段優越，離sofi很進，轉彎處一家黑糖奶茶店很中國！可以一試！

服務一流！房間乾淨整潔，但是整個酒店的審美和設施我覺得衹能説是三星酒店。但在當地或許是四星的存在。但是我想説的是前台的工作人員我交涉了3位，我覺得堪稱5星酒店的服務水平。三位前台都非常專業！有禮貌！受過專業培訓的人員！ 但我也不得不説攜程客服的服務也是非常到位，幫我在某些事宜上的溝通和協調。

酒店非常好 房間超級大 睡覺個客廳是分開的 超級完美 就是價格稍稍偏高一點 酒店前台接待人也非常的好 早餐也還將就 對我來説選擇性不多 距離要塞幾百米 步行街也挺方便 總得來説不錯

酒店地理位置優越，到各個景點步行方便，工作人員做事認真，禮貌，前台樂於助人，免費幫忙打印個人需要的資料。下次還會選擇入住這個酒店。

非常棒，有家的感覺，服務人員態度非常好，都懂英語，出行也特別方便，酒店在中心點，晚上出來逛街吃吃喝喝都很方便，酒店很有設計感，打開窗户一條幽靜的小巷，安靜迷人，餐廳早餐豐富美味，精美的點心非常好吃，走的時候還給了我一包餅乾🍪，太好吃了，特別推薦大家去住，停車🅿️的話，每天付1500當地的費用（差不多12歐元）走幾步就到酒店了。總之乾淨舒適

是trip幫忙選定的酒店設施、位置都很好！！但是唯一不足的就是前台有一點迷糊😅 雖然態度很好，但是要一個轉換插頭一直説沒有，耽誤了我們很久。其他都不錯，面積也很大

We had a short stay on the way back home but chose this place to try something new for that night. VERY convenient to shops, bars and restaurants. The front desk was welcoming and polite. Navigating the hotel is generally straightforward, there are a few quirks to the floors and getting to the restaurant but nothing unmanageable. The room was clean and comfortable on arrival. The only disappointment was the climate control. When we arrived it was a bit toasty and despite trying to lower the temp and calling the front desk it never really cooled off. The restaurant for breakfast was enjoyable, well stocked and plenty of variety for any traveler. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Belgrade.

This is one of the most cozy and home-like hotels I have ever stayed during my traveling journey spanning 60+ countries and 30+ years. Let me give the specific reason for saying this. 1. Its rooms are fresh and modern. Rooms are very spacious and linen is as best as it can be. 2. ⁠Room and lobby aesthetics are soothing and pleasant to the eyes. 3. ⁠Breakfast is very good. Eggs are made to order as per the choice of the guest. 4. ⁠The location is outstanding. It opens on two sides and one side opens towards the Knez Mihailov Street which makes it really convenient to access all sightseeing locations be it Republic square or Fortress or the riverside. 5. ⁠The reception staff is one of the best. I would like to make special mention of all the three lovely ladies who were outstanding and exceptional in their work viz Christina, Andelija and Maja. They all served with smile, diligent and efficient in their job. I must also mention about Boris who is endearing and spreads charm with his calm composure. 6. ⁠lastly, they gave us delicious cookies as parting gift. This hotel is a great value for money. If we visit Belgrade again, we will stay here and not look at any other option. Recommend strongly.

Absolutely everything about this hotel and my stay was wonderful. The hotel is in a perfect location in Stari Grad (the old city) so walking to local sites and fabulous restaurants was easy. The hotel cafe door led to a lovely quiet street where you could people watch while relaxing. The staff was exceptional, caring and friendly from front desk to housekeeping to cafe. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I wish I was still there. This hotel is a find and I highly recommend it.

The hotel is very nice and very central. The rooms are great and nicely appointed as well as spacious. The breakfast is great despite the fact that a cappuccino is charged extra. The only two problems I would point out is that split stair elevator, which is inconvenient but understandable in an old building and the size of the towels in the bathroom which are really small but the bathrobes are a good size. The girl at reception in the morning is really pleasant and helpful and a credit to the hotel. All said a great choice for the city and I would go back. Great value for money too!

This is the 1st time I've been to Serbia, I was recommended this hotel and I really loved it. It's in the old part of town which I felt was really authentic. The rooms are really well appointed and modern. The staff are awesome and ready to help, they also speak English really well. Breakfat was good as well. The transfer from the airport was easy as well and arranged by the hotel. I can highly recommend this hotel.
