Joy 5 Hotel & Spa recensioner

We were really excited about this stay because what we’ve seen on the photographs yet it was a real disappointment. First of all, the distance between the car park and hotel is not just 150m as the hotel’s sign shows, it is almost 650m and it is almost impossible to walk that kind of distance with your luggages, especially if you are with kids. The hotel sends a golf car if you call them which kind of helps this problem but it creates an obligation to that service. Secondly, the room is exactly the same as they presented on the photographs but with just one major difference, the view. The view was just a cement wall as you can see from my photographs. We were expecting a tremendous river view with ducks and trees but we got a wall, that’s it. Last but not least, the room has a really bad smell because of a previous problem on water system I guess. As you can see from the photos again there are moldy areas in the bathroom and the carpet floor was deformed and created a problem while closing our door. The breakfast and staff was ok but the facility is not. I definitely not recommend this hotel.

Cool location over the river. A bit inconvenient was that there was a running tournament and the roads to the hotel was mostly closed

It's next on the Danube, so you see all sorts of birds passing by. We were welcomed by a rainbow. The park next to it is also very beautiful. On the other hand, the location is a bit away from the center, but they have buggies that takes you / picks up from a point where you can take a taxi / go to Belgrade's biggest shopping mall nearby. The spa is good and well maintained & great work by the gentleman there who manages it. Breakfast is good. We took a triple room and the room size was just about ok to fit everything.

衞生挺好，比較乾淨。一般是下午打掃房間。 有個泡澡+汗蒸室，需要提前預約，很解乏，推薦。 喜歡河景的遊客這裏還是挺好的，一樓房間窗户有紗網，我白天都是開窗的，很亮堂，沒遇到過蚊子。 早餐歐式的，雞塊做的鮮嫩多汁外酥裏嫩，好評。咖啡管飽。 説説缺點: 1. 不做晚飯，要出去吃。向東南走1.3公里有購物中心，向西南走1.5-1.8公里左右有購物中心/小辣椒/龍鼎盛/火鍋等。 總之要走。 2. 浴室非常缺一個能在洗澡時臨時放洗髮水/沐浴露/香皂的小枱子，不然你就得進去出來的來回拿。 3.隔音做的不太好，樓上的腳步聲很重。

Otel nehrin kenarında usce AVM ye otobüs ile bir durak mesafede genel olarak odalar küçük ama çok sıcak soğuk Belgrad günlerinde çok güzel isindik konum olarak Nisan Mayıs aylarında yürümeyi sevenler için bire bir,tavsiye ederim.

不理解，為什麼住的地方和圖片差那麼多，首先目的地，就不對，拖的那麼多行李，打車打不到目的地，酒店也不提前打個電話説進不來，有行李的注意⚠️這個大坑酒店

酒店在澤蒙和貝爾格萊德老城區之間，機場公交72路可以直接到附近，因為酒店靠近多瑙河，所以公交車下來以後要穿過一個公園才能到。多瑙河沿岸bar很多，酒店一樓也是餐廳不用擔心吃飯問題，步行15分鐘穿過草坪有一個大型商場都很方便，沿着多瑙河可以步行到澤蒙小鎮和中國文化中心，公園內隨時可以見到運動的當地居民，生活體驗感很好。 房間設施齊全，特意定了河景房，拉開窗簾就是多瑙河，因為臨水所以要注意防蚊。歐洲特色不提供牙膏和拖鞋，不知道是啥原因，我們住了兩天都沒有房間清潔。

酒店環境好，地理位置優越，前台接待服務熱情，周到，客房打掃及時高效，工作人員都很敬業能及時處理問題，設身處地為客人着想，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，在這家感受到了家的温馨，床鋪舒適，用品貼心，服務細緻入微，是出差和旅行的理想下榻之處。

早餐挺符合我胃口的，尤其是西紅柿和黃瓜，在國內，很少吃生的西紅柿和黃瓜。 房間設施還行，就是隔音太差，隔壁説話的聲音很大。基本沒怎麼睡着，起來腦袋昏昏沉沉的

按照Google map走顯示酒店在一個小路口 剛一到路口三衹狗狂奔而出 追我和朋友 嚇的我倆把箱子扔掉狂奔 最後狗一直在箱子附近狂叫 本地大叔帶着棍子把他們趕走 隨後給酒店打電話來接 工作人員説map有問題 但也沒有做出任何舉動安撫我們 接我們的小哥説之前從未有客人發生這種情況 他feel sorry 到了check in 前台也並沒有説什麼。半夜三更真的很恐怖。

這家酒店讓人很矛盾。位於公園裡麪，就在多瑙河邊，服務挺好的，很方便早上跑步、鍛鍊。但我非常不推薦。原因是，首先是它不在老城區，由於老城區很不好停車，而且又需要APP繳費，對我們這種老外來説非常不方便（衹要你想想歐美人來中國，沒有微信和付款寶，如何繳納無人值守的停車費），所以我們去老城區都衹有打車去，打車回，而且第二天晚上由於突然下雨，我們在老城區無法打到車，晚上8點冒雨狂奔4公里回酒店。 其次，雖然酒店在公園，可以免費停車，但酒店門口這段屬於禁止外來車輛通行路段，有且衹能停在500米以外的區域（酒店提示是150米，實際通過步行導航是500米），每次進出挺不方便的。如果你是第一次到貝爾格萊德，主要旅行目的還是看看老城區的景點，而不是來早上晨跑的，能不動車，步行逛街相當重要。所以，雖然這家酒店的服務不錯，前台MM挺漂亮的，餐區小夥子挺帥的，由於地理位置原因，對於我們第一次旅遊是不方便的。 如果你來貝爾格萊德旅行對老城街區不在意，這裏還是可以的，注意房間一定要選擇河景，直接面對多瑙河比朝向公園這邊感受好不少。這裏去澤蒙小鎮很近，可以沿着公園走過去。距離大使館遺址衹有1.5公里。

河邊的小屋，周邊很安靜，床鋪舒適服務周到。晚上會有鴨子從窗外遊過。但衞生間有斷熱水的情況，對於4星級酒店來説是不該發生的。
