I can't say enough about Reynolds Mansion. One of the best that I have experienced. Start with the hostess, Jess. Warm and friendly, but extremely dedicated to making sure that every aspect of your visit is special. Our room was magnificent and spacious, with a splendid soaking tub, fireplace and beautiful appointments. Breakfast was a delicious offering of fresh fruit and pancakes with lemon curd. But the mansion itself is an awesome historic masterpiece with gorgeous woodwork and furnishings. I can't wait to return.

We recently enjoyed a very pleasant stay at the Reynolds Mansion. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Bellefonte/State College area. The Innkeeper, Jess, was very proactive in communication, ensuring everything was perfectly set up for our arrival---the cookies and blueberry pie that awaited us were marvelous! She also made great recommendations for dinner at local restaurants. The room, the Belle Fonte, exceeded our expectations. We love staying in Victorian mansions, and the architecture, restored craftmanship, and evident care really sets Reynolds Mansion apart from others. Breakfast was exceptional and tasty. We really enjoyed chatting with some of the other guests over coffee, too. All in all, a great visit to the Reynolds Mansion. We hope to return soon.

This is the second time my husband and I went to the Reynolds Mansion and it did not disappoint! The historical mansion is beautiful with lovely furnishings. Our room was quite large but cozy. Jess and her assistants were very welcoming and often asked if we needed anything. The happy hour was fun and breakfast was hot and tasty. I can't wait to go back!

Jess and her mother were fantastic and the facilities were immaculate! We stayed in the Blue White room. All of the little details that I would have never thought of were taken care of. They gave us a tour when we arrived and some great history. If you have an occasion, do the extra with champagne & strawberries, and the breakfast in bed. The food was great and the service was outstanding. Jess and her crew have a great deal of pride in their establishment, and it’s easy to see! We had a great stay and will do it again!

I stayed at the Reynolds Mansion Bed and Breakfast in January 2025. It is a lovely Inn and I felt welcome upon entering the Inn. It is tastefully appointed in the Victorian manner and each room is quite beautiful. I stayed in the Cherub room and was thrilled to find the room in immaculate condition. This includes the bathroom which had a walk in shower and claw foot tub. The bed was extremely comfortable and I really enjoyed the luxury of Turkish towels and washcloths. I added the massage (extra cost) which was sublime! The breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruit, coffee, tea and orange juice as well as a homemade breakfast quiche. I give the Reynolds Mansion Bed and Breakfast my highest recommendation.

Spotlessly clean room and common areas. The mansion is absolutely gorgeous! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed the soaking tub and fireplace in the Colonel's Green Room. The bed was very comfortable. The evening sweets were a nice surprise. We'll definitely be back.

If you have not stayed at Reynolds Mansion, add it to your must stay list. The Mansion itself is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. We have stayed here a couple times and look forward to our next visit. The most recent visit was during Christmas and the decorations, were incredible, it was like being at a winter wonderland. Reynolds is truly a unique and incredible place to stay, I can't recommend it highly enough.

Warm, generous innkeeper Jess provides an elegant experience in a wonderment of a past century residence. Clean, perfect marriage of old architectural elements with modern bathroom design. Bed was very comfortable with lovely linens. Breakfast was delicious, served in the cheery dining room. Don't miss out on this experience.

When we entered the inn, we were greeted by the spirit of Christmas! Jess had the mansion so beautifully decorated. When we entered our room, the stage was set for a relaxing evening. Jess had holiday music softly playing on the TV, the electric fireplace was glowing, and a small Christmas tree and decorations around the room made it feel so inviting. We fixed a cup of tea, donned the inn's comfy robes and sat in two comfy chairs near the fireplace and read. It cannot get much better than that! This will be our go-to stop from now on in Pennsylvania.
