Courtyard Omaha Bellevue at Beardmore Event Center

I've switched this year to Marriott and this was my 74th night. The next night I went Titanium. There was much rejoicing. Kidding. This hotel would be very nice, but no waters. This is actually a Marriott thing, but most hotels give them since ALL the Hilton properties do. So I had to buy a water at $4.17 and $3.00 for a candy bar. I tried to buy an overpriced coffee when I left (because no breakfast here), but no one was at the counter... Probably will do the Hampton if I stay in the area again. There is a bar and grill just down the road (right next to the Hampton) with very good pizza.

Decent rooms, but avoid the overpriced breakfasts which also have small portions. $12.50 for a single slide of bread with avocado. $13 for small Breakfast biscuit. No trimmings, just the biscuit with egg and sausage, again, tiny. Someone is getting greedy.

Unethical, unproffessional management and staff. DO NOT STAY THERE!!! They do not adhere to terms of the agreement. They will overcharge for the service provided. Extremely rude GM named Christian - - do not stay at this location.

Dear Marriott or Bonvoy or whatever you want to call your company, Your Bellevue, Nebraska location (and I assume everywhere else) is terrible! The main reason why I’m writing this is because your walls between rooms are paper thin. As I write this the person in the room on the other side of me is talking on the phone. I can hear every single word he says. I can hear his voice vibrate against the wall. Last night I was woken up at 2AM by the occupant in the room next door. It seemed like he was packing for his trip back home. He kept banging stuff all around and talking on a phone. I was unable to go back to sleep for 2hrs. Secondly, sure the room is big and spacious. However, there is no room to put your clothes. You have very small/tiny dressers. Your refrigerator is half the size of a normal refrigerator you will find in a hotel. Whoever designed the rooms in this hotel failed to deliver what normal travelers want. Dressers to put clothes in for several days of travel and a bigger refrigerator. Finally this room might seem modern and sleek with a big bathroom. However, you failed to think about the customer and how they might spend a few days in one of your rooms. Won’t be staying at this location again. That I can say is 100% accurate. Rather find a better night sleep somewhere else and where I can lay out my clothes for the week instead of a tiny two drawer “dresser”.
