Like the previous reviewer avoid this place . I stay away regularly with work and use premier inn all the time . This has to be the worse by far. Check in rubbish - couldn’t apply meal deal even though every other premier inn can . Restaurant was closed on arrival no where to have food . Breakfast hadn’t been applied to my account as they said it had so had to pay , 10.99 for what was absolute rubbish and stone cold … first and last time I will stay here . Unfortunately I am here for 3 nights

I stay in a lot of premier inns for work and this has to the worst one. £500 for a week to find toe nails on the floor along with other bits from the previous person. The room had clearly not been hoovered and and I’m having doubts if the sheets have been changed. Asked to move but no other rooms, the guy from reception has said he will come and clean my room…… didn’t say which day tho !

Stayed here a couple of times now due to work. Reception staff always friendly and welcoming. Room was clean but could do with an upgrade. Breakfast was good and dinner service was good. Would recommend this hotel and I will be back if in this area again.

Arrived at the hotel and just saw there was mold in the room and dirt as well told the receptionist bjt she said hotel is full and don’t have any other rooms if we stay in the same room we’ll be refunded which i can’t see happening and we had 4 year old along as well who had to sleep in the moldy room for a night

We paid £42 for a double room to break down a 9hours trip. We would never pay so little so weren’t expecting much. The hotel was very quiet when we arrived. Quick check-in into room 109, free parking, little Xmas treats in the room which made us smile. Clean room, comfy bed, powerful shower. What more could you ask for? We had a couple of burgers in the restaurant next door where we were the only customers. Nice house wine and good food. This will be our regular stop from now on.

lovely stay with family, stay between here and motherwell when visiting, clean rooms, friendly staff. Premier Inn beds are always of a high standard. Breakfast in morning was good it was a buffet , loads of choice aswell as continental choice.

Absolutely love the mattresses in PI, great service as well. Check in was quick and easy, very friendly receptionist. Room was immaculate as always:) Love the premier inn breakfast, always fills you up. Porridge was amazing as well. Will definitely be back.

Room is a bit tired could do with a new carpet and a paint. Don't arrive a little early we arrived at 2.30pm after a long drive and were told that check in was 3pm asked why my brother in law was allowed to check in at 13.45pm and was sat in his room. We had to sit in the car for another 30 minutes only premier hotel we've been to that had this problem with couldn't even sit in bar as it doesn't open till 5pm. Won't be back holiday inn at Strathclyde park next time.

Usual Premier Inn Standard, great for travelling. Retail stop prior to a long drive to the South of the UK. If price had been higher would of scrapped that part of the trip. Have stayed at Premier Inn's before, this lives up to the standard. Breakfast and evening meal package good value, taking the drama out of having to search around.
