Warm and very friendly. Breakfast and dinner homemade that was an extra plus. Perfect close to beautiful Belluno and Nevegal. You find a lot of nice Prosecco in the surrounding. Perfect for hiking and bicycling. A lot of nice shops and coffee bars in Belluno.

Excellent break, location was perfect, hospitality was next to none. Lovely breakfast. Parking was secure. The apartment was comfortable and has everything we needed. Beautiful friendly family run accommodation. We will be returning soon!

The beds are ok an the breakfast is nice. The location is good for both Venice and the Dolomites. Host does not speak any English, very unpractical. Kitchen gear not sufficient to cook a proper meal. Doorposts of bedrooms to low for people with a hight above 1.75. No safe place for the kids to play outside. Unstable WiFi connection. We can only recommend it for a few days without young kids.

The apartment was an authentic Italian rural farm experience which we thoroughly embraced. It was rustic, but overall mostly clean and comfortable. We walked around the property and area, and enjoyed the quiet surroundings. Our host, Luisa, made a wonderful dinner for us when we arrived and also breakfast the next morning. The location is very close to Belluno and the directions provided were clear.

Me and my partner arrived to Venice late at 8pm. We found this place last minute a night before and thought we book it as the price was fair for a night. There wasn't issue with arriving late as the host is responding via Airbnb app all the time and also there was a clear instructions on how to get in where to park and what number to call. The property is definitely breath taking. You wouldn't expect it by looking at it from outside. They kept the historical walls from outside but once you walk in to the apartment everything is perfect and clean and the apartment is fully equipped. It is located in a beautiful surroundings and there are small towns around just in case you fancy pizza or beer. We had to depart very early the next day as we were heading to the mountains for hike but if we ever will have time to come again and stay longer we would. You can also book dinner or brunch on their website if you wish. And breakfast was included but we had to leave before that which was shame. Thank you for everything. Pavi and Peter

Spent one night here on way to Venice airport. Large 3 bedroom apartment and comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water and nice and cozy apartment. It’s not five star and some of the furniture is a bit worn. But good breakfast with local salami and cheese and the freshest fried eggs. A bit out of the way so you need a car and a good GPS. Would be a nice touch if there was some tea/coffee/sugar available in the apartment and some soap. Owner speaks no English and all messages were sent in Italian so google translate a necessity. Perhaps a good idea to have some basic information in English in the apartment? But a lovely, friendly hostess and probably a lovely place to stay longer in the summer.
