Comfort Inn College Park North

Room was reserved for 4 days. Was only able to use for 2 days because the elevator was broken and the elderly couldn't climb 10 set of stairs. Really disappointed. My trio was booked via a third party that trip advisor failed to informed me about and was non refundable or modifiable. So I couldn't get any sort of refund. Do NOT USE the website without reading all the fine prints..

Old and looking more than dated. Needs some definite upkeep. Over priced if not for the other prices in the area. That said it was safe and clean enough to be comfortable and meet my needs, but definitely would not have reserved here if I’d seen the place first.

It was very comfortable and clean I enjoyed my stay ❤️ The lady in the front desk was very nice and the price was affordable Thank you guys Semri she is very nice and friendly she helped me with everything The lobby is big with sofas, clean Highly recommend

Friendly staff, but do yourself a favour and pay a little more for another hotel. Kind of like an old blanket you need to throw out, dirty walls and carpets. The breakfast was laughable... I couldn't tell the difference between the white bread and the wheat, and maybe there wasn't any. The air conditioning fan was so loud you couldn't use it at night. Big mistake to stay there.

Rooms comfortable and staff very kind specially front desk guy named Jose he’s such a good person. Breakfast was also really good they offer good menu to all guests, elevators functioning and parking lot very safe. I’ll definitely go again.

Semre was of great help, she made sure I was accommodating with the same room I’ve been in, she checked me in asap, the breakfast here in the am are amazing, I will recommend a stay to anyone, the facility is clean and comforting, they make you feel wanted

For what we paid I expected a little more. Hotel is long overdue for an upgrade. Elevator looks like something out of a factory. Breakfast was the worst hotel breakfast buffet I’ve ever had… threw most of it away after a bite or two. Key worked last night but not this morning.

This Comfort Inn is surprisingly large in size; my guess is to accommodate guest having a wedding at the neighboring Villa (like I was). Unfortunately, this Comfort Inn is not in the best shape. Out of date decor, damaged chairs and tables inside the room. The hallways had a smell that just leaves me to think it's been a while since they deep cleaned the carpet. The layout and signage is a bit confusing which caused some issues for the elder family members attending the wedding. Within walking distance there are a few shops, a grocery store; and the hotel has easy access to I-95 which will easily take you into Baltimore or DC. There is a Wyndham Garden on the other side of PowderMill road which some guests stayed at. I'd say stay at Comfort and save the money. If you have a deal where the prices are similar; stay at Wyndham.

We needed a one-night stay at a facility near the Univ. of Maryland campus as we were attending an evening football game there, and didn't want a long drive home at night. It was a bit further away than we expected from the campus, but we used Capital One Rewards points to book it, so it didn't cost us anything. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but I was a bit taken aback by the plastic shielding at the front desk. A COVID "leftover" (?), but I didn't like checking in thru plastic. The front desk attendant was helpful and polite. The room was comfortable and clean. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The television was fine and featured numerous channels. The bathroom tub (we didn't use it) looked a bit worn, as did parts of the entire facility. One elevator (of the two there) was working, and the interior of it looked as if it were in the middle of a renovation. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and we felt secure in the facility. The carpeting was a bit worn in our room, and the drapes in the room wouldn't close completely without using a clip-type pants hangar. Breakfast was fine and typical for a Comfort Inn. The staff there was polite and helpful. Overall, no major complaints, and it served its purpose for a restful, comfortable stay. But still, I doubt that we would return there if we were in that area again.
