Holiday World Riwo Hotel.

Just WOW my first holiday abroad in 10 yesterday first for the kids and my parents. We were all inclusive which was so bloody worth it and the choices of food were fabulous. Im pretty sure Cade (8) has turned into ice cream lol. We had my mums and my sons birthday and the staff arranged cake for them and sang happy birthday. Johana who is usually on the desk at the restaurant was the best so welcoming friendly and couldn't do enough for us we missed her days she wasn't there. All the staff were brilliant and great with the kids. The rooms Junior suites were fantastic sizes with amazing views from the balcony. The hotel was very clean and we had house keeping daily. Nothing was too much trouble. The kids loved the pool and the park and that they could help themselves to the food and drinks when the wanted.

Loved our stay here. My 4 year old son, my wife and I loved the place. Loved the beech club the most for through the day, kept my son occupied, as well as my wife and I. Also no complaints about the food, there was so much to choose from every night and tasted good too, read some reviews about the food but we loved it. Will definitely be returning on our next family holiday.

My niece and her 2 little boys and husband had a holiday here. They cannot rate it enough, they had a fabulous time and the boys loved it

On arrival at 1500 rooms not available sent for food,majority of staff very unfriendly and no guidance given regarding facilities. Room pretty clean , electrical sockets not working and one actually fell out of wall, fridge also not working, inside door handle of bathroom broken unable to close door, pillows and beds extremely uncomfortable but size of beds good, showers had good power, electricity went at one stage , ppl were stuck in lifts , no rooms had power and again no staff on hand to help. Food- I have no words, the absolute most disgusting variety I have ever encountered, we paid all inclusive and ended up spending a fortune eating out, chicken sometimes raw, raw and cooked meat mixed, not even cerals or basic nuggets to keep the kida going. Pools in riwo safer for smaller children and definitelyadequatefor our kids ages of 2, 5 and 7, beach club a good addition but too faraway from hotel when bringing smaller kids up . The other two hotels are notably closer to the beach club. The food at the beach club bar (extra cost) was edible and quickly prepared. Food in Riwo is non existent after 10.30 pm Evening entertainment a joke but the animation team were kid young ppl who tried hard to make do with what they had to work with, we went to polynesia 1 night which had a far better display for all ages. Hotel also has absolutely nothing around it but taxi to benalmadena marinas were 30 euro each way

We are just about to fly home from a very nice week at Hotel RIWO. From the moment we arrived Ramon and the team looked after us very well. We stayed in the select suite on the third floor and we were not disappointed. The rooms were spacious, beds spacious, balcony huge with gorgeous views and everything you need for your stay. We were surprised with a bottle of cava and fruit at our door on arrival day and had access to private sunbathing area, coffee lounge and eating area in restaurant. The splash park was awesome and recommended paying out on the VIP experience whilst there. Food was good considering they have to cater for so many people at once and staff so friendly. Will definitely come again Thank you Ramon and team. See you again soon. X

Just returned from 9 days in Riwo with the family, positives first. Staff are brilliant and always smiling, hotel entrance and lobby area with shops and restaurant are very modern and the beach club area is brilliant for children of all ages. Negatives Rooms are very dated and for the price we paid not worth it, all inclusive isn’t all inclusive, you have to pay for most ice creams, only 1 beer on tap, few cocktails available rest are payable and all the crisps are payable so the all inclusive quickly add’s up, the food is also very average and even when freshly out it was cold, the hotel is also very far away so we did end up spending about £100 on taxis saying that we had a great week, entertainment was very hit and miss but again staff were great, would we return? Prob not to Riwo but if you can afford it defo stay at one of the other 2 hotels.
