We arrived here 10 days ago. No disability friendly rooms available (they only have 2), so we were given a pool view room with 2 double beds. Food is good, breakfast is the best meal but there's always plenty of choice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pools are cold, but my son loved the slides and my boyfriend enjoyed swimming in the large pool. Drinks are fairly cheap, the coffee frappe is lovely. Only disappointment was not having any availability for a late check out.. this is our 2nd year here and would recommend it to anyone

Location - great. Not far from the airport at all. 22 euro in an uber! Close to the beach, some shops, and a nice walk to the marina. Easy uber or bus rides to mijas, fuengerola etc. Check in was easy. Key cards for the rooms stop working almost every day. The rooms are SMALL. Were here with a 10 and 12 year old and i wish we’d got 2 rooms. Very small, very basic. Balcony is also small and its so noisy. You can hear everyone above below and at the side of you 🤦🏻‍♀️ None of the food or drink is self serve, which is really frustrating. You have to que for everything. This is the first all inc we have ever had to do this. Even the snack bars require you to line up and wait, and in the main canteen for tea you have to line up to wait for a drink. It makes everything so much longer and busier. The pools are great slides wise but are freezing cold. Many kids including my own have had blue lips on more than one occasion. The hotel appears to be in a bit of a wind trap, but that could just be this time of year. Myself and many others have been sat out fully clothed all week. It’s very clean, there is stuff on for younger kids every night but as far as 4* all inclusive’s go, we have been to far better. We have spoken to multiple guests who said the same thing, weve all had a nice time but this is no way a 4* hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay here we stayed for two weeks and the staff were amazing and helpful. The animation team for our kids and the adult activities were amazing especially manu and nuria they were our favourites. Will be going back again

Arrived for a 5 night break 20th Oct with the grand daughter who is 5. Arrived at 1pm and quick check in and room ready which was tidy and clean and big enough for the 3 of us. Quick change and down to the pool. The slides and pools were brilliant, lexi loved them and I felt the area was clean and very safe for her with the amount of life guards keeping watch. We were bed and breakfast which I could not fault the choice was very good (pancakes and nutella went down very well with a 5 year old) the times were also very good and it never felt to crowded although the resort was busy. Sunbeds were a but hit and miss but that really didn't bother us. we did manage, albeit, was a shady spot if you missed the morning mayhem. The animation team, WOW, top marks they work so hard morning till night, kids club poolside entertainment. Would I recommend this hotel? Without a doubt if you've children, not a romantic getaway though.

hotel safe clean & great location staff are really nice nicholos was very knowlegeable told us were places were & booked taxis 2x when we was there wemt torromelnos & sea marina as was rainy he was not rude at all dont know why some reviewers said he was rude nothing off a sort its a lovely friendly hotel met loads off single parents with children with senco needs my child also has it we made loads off new friends apart from some issues with food on hb we didnt have any major issues hotel was most safest for people alone with kids location was the best for exploring plenty too go see my girl enjoyed the majician and photo shoot pictures say it all she looked so cute & happy would come bk on b&b we didnt que for sunbeds were madness plenty on a afternoon at top and near corner off small pool and top off play area also have some on beech hire 14e room waa fine a mini fridge 2 bottles off water on the house and a lovely beech bag waa given safe in room if u need too hire it kettle can also be hired pools cold not heated kids were stil having fun and hotel animations were entertaining mostly 4 8yrs old bit babish for my 11year old but we was out exploring so it didnt matter other then this hotel was eye catchy & it stood out from the rest great lay out shiny spotless floors & people i met was really nice ive made lots off new connections and jet2 rep was onsite very helpful lady thanks losd patos hotel we shall return again soon gracias!

Tatty old hotel, freezing pools, kids shivering and turning blue, food absouloutly disgusting, if you have a allergy you are dicing with your life they just don’t care at all a vegetable soup label on the desserts, the desserts where awful too,I know it’s not the hotels fault but greedy guests grabbing plates of cold meats at a time, expensive sweets and ice creams on offer, felt sorry for the kids that the parents said no too… beds rock hard, beds not made up and towels not replaced even after requesting this is not a 4* it’s a basic 2* at the most, waste of time having that little water park it’s too cold to use, but over all the actual staff where very nice.
