Fantastic family hotel. Brilliant staff, great food choice in AI, slides amazing and lifeguards on duty. Rooms cleaned every day and more than adequate. Central location was brilliant, 5 mins walk to beach. Entertainment good and drinks and snack bar fantastic. We have been to many hotels , this has been one of the best.

Just returned from 7 days over the half term break. There was 17 in our party ranging from 3 months to 60+, so a lot of people to please. For the main the holiday was lovely, food was excellent with a good variety. Rooms where as to be expected with no issues, pools was a massive hit with kids and adults with the slides getting used on a daily basis. Our issues came in 2 forms. 1. The system for entering the dining room had people queueing as due to the hotel not being completely all inclusive they had a guy on the door seating you and checking you in. Due to the size of our party we had a large table and fell foul of his rigorous regimented system as once a member of the family had queued and been shown to the table as the rest of us filtered down we would walk around the queue and make our way to the already allocated table. This was not to the liking of the man on the door and so we had a number of confrontations with him. I did stop and speak to him and we came to a compromise but felt the whole process was unnecessary and caused issues at meal times. Additionally having a pram at the table was not suitable for this guy either which again caused issues when we has 2 children under 1 years old and each could be asleep at meal times. The other issue was having to queue all the time for a drink along with the 2 drinks per person rule. A lot of unnecessary time of the holiday spent away from the family in queues at various times for drinks, not ideal when your on holiday. Feel this could be resolved had the hotel been completely all inclusive and soft drink, beer and wine taps could be set up for people to help themselves rather than waiting to be served behind people getting coffees etc that maybe require someone to serve. The hotel was perfectly located short transfer time from the airport and 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Booked for 4 nights. Hotel fabulous. Rooms spotless and cleaned every day. Went all inclusive and wasn't disappointed. The food was good and the drink selection was very good. Didn't travel with children but would definitely recommend for families due to the large water slides within the hotel. Every staff member I spoke with was very pleasant. Would definitely return with my family in the future
