We arrived late thursday night and was pleasantly surprised we was greeted with a smile and provided with some light refreshment. Even though all inclusive finished at 11 our room was a little outdated but quite common for this part of spain , it could not be faulted though as it was absolutely spotless. Breakfast is exactly what you expect at an all inclusive, but lunch and dinner was above expectation, every night there was something different to try, there was always plain chicken,fish and pork for those that are fussy eaters , there was also proper meals (eg chicken fajitas, pork in honey and mustard, spring rolls) also lots of sides to choose from mash, potatoes, chips, rice , salad) crepes where provided each day between 4-5 and the all inclusive drinks had a wide range to choose from, beer is san miguel. The entertainers are some of the best we have had on a holiday, they had everyone involved with lots of games throughout the day and a nighttime show too, alaayah and kobi were amazing with my little girl. The pool and pool area aswell as all the food and bar areas where spotless i was really impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. If you book just be aware that there is a no ball or float rule in place that we was unaware of when booking. Unfortunately the power cut happened during our stay, but all the staff where incredible and kept us safe and comfortable during it, they also made sure we had hot food both meals even though there was no power, the manager went above and beyond and has been present all throughout our holiday! Over all a fantastic stay! i would 100% recommend this hotel 💫

Couldn't fault the hotel, The hotel was clean, the rooms where a good size, friendly staff,and there was a good choice of food.If we ever holiday in benalmadena again we will definitely stay at this hotel.The hotel manager was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you all again.

We had a lovely trip to this hotel. Perfect location very close to the beach. Brilliant entertainment team with lots to do and a wonderful manager who was very friendly. Lots of su beds and quick bat service. Close to the airport which is convenient. Would stay again

I booked this all inclusive hotel and wasn’t expecting too much as I have been on all inclusive before and have never really been satisfied. The first day of arriving with my mother and son we thought we were going to have fun as the entertainers were constantly walking about and doing activities with all the guests from 11am until about 1800, and then they would be on stage all night until 2200. Our room was fantastic and very clean which is a very big thing for me, the cleaning lady who cleaned our room was always smiling and happy and would stop and have a quick chat in the morning which to me it shows they care about the customers and are prepared to help us in anyway we ask so 10/10 for our spotless room every day. The pool is amazing and big and one great thing is no matter where in the pool you are you can always touch the floor which was great for my mother as she can’t swim and never gets in the pool on holiday due to lack of confidence, she got herself a couple of floats this year and she has never spent so much time in the pool which was fantastic to see. As the pool is so big my son and I was able to splash around and play ball without other guests moaning and without us been in the way of everyone. The pool has a lifeguard on patrol constantly and who also will collect towels of guests who lay there towels down in the morning and then vacate the hotel so whenever there was no beds a quick word with the lifeguard and beds would quickly become available so 10/10 for the pool area and 10/10 for the lifeguard. The bar staff were more than excellent and even though they are busy from the moment they open until close they will do anything and everything to help to make sure we are all served quickly, politely and in a professional manner, they will always take time to pass the time of day and to be helpful so 10/10 for the bar staff, thank you. The food is what you would expect from an all inclusive hotel but when there is so many different nationalities staying in one place it is very hard to please everyone, always something to eat even if it’s just a salad or soup and bread so as much I would like to give 10/10 for everything I will give 7/10 for food. This will not affect the 10/10 score I have given the hotel. So what made our holiday and made this the best holiday I have been on is the Entertainment staff Loli, Henda, Maria, Ismael, and most importantly MATTIAS & KOBE. These guys made it so much fun and made everyday different by constantly taking time to come around the pool area to rally the guests to join in with the activities they put so much effort in to. We met so many lovely people that we will keep in touch with due to the amount of effort they put in to get us all together and to take people out of their comfort zone and to get people into teams with other guests so everyone becomes friends very quickly. This place exceeds it's 3 stars. Personell is friendly and helpfull, lication very convenient, food above expectations, and cleanlyness is perfect. You get more than you pay for. We have traveled a lot, usually in a higher category facilities, and this was a last minute option. We had no previous knowledge about the place, but nevertheless, it's much more than we expected.
