ArtPlatinum Suites&Apartments

We really really enjoyed our stay despite a few small issues. We stayed in a studio which had everything you need except there was no kettle. The rooms are huge with without doubt the most comfortable bed we’d ever slept in and we’ve been across the world. The balcony is quite compact but fine for 2 people and get the sun all afternoon. The whole place is immaculate and the pool are is soo quiet. The walls in the room seem to have sound proofing as we had 2 families with babies either side and didn’t hear a thing. There are a few bars and restaurants near by and benalmadena is about a 20 min walk away or a few mins by the excellent bus service. We had fantastic communication via the agent on what’s app and even when we were dropped off by our transfer in the wrong area he was on hand to help us. My only gripe is the fact that we were there for 5 days and we didn’t get any fresh towels and the room wasn’t cleaned. I’m more than happy not to have the room cleaned but the towel issue is the reason we only gave 4 out of 5 otherwise it would have been 5/5. All in all we will definitely return. We loved it. Thank you.

We stayed here for 5 nights while attending a wedding at another hotel down the road. Artplatinum is a fabulous place to stay. Rooms very spacious with self catering facilities, large bathroom and balcony. There is a fabulous pool on top floor, very private. It's 20 min walk to the Marina or around 6 euro in taxi. There's a brand new Mercadona supermarket 300yds away and a couple restaurants within 200yds, The beach is only 5m walk across the road. The area is a quiet spanish residential area. Also the chap on the front desk was very helpful in dealing with the couple queries we had. Answers test immediately. I would 100% recommend Artplatinum..

Really nice room . Great quality bedding and towels. Room spotlessly clean. Close to beach supermarket and transport links. Easy access to the apartment. Codes sent on the arrival day. Rooftop pool area was very spacious. Very quiet as it was coming to end of the season. In total this place was much better than we expected. I would definitely recommend and hope to return. Only negative was the lip on the floor of doorway out to the balcony. Easy to trip or stub your toes!

Beautiful large and very clean apartment. Everything you need. Manager is excellent and will help with anything. Good location for getting about bus stop right outside. Supermarket very close. Pool clean & quiet. Will definitely return.

El apartamento cuenta con un baño y una habitación bastante grandes, pero lo que más especial lo hace es que tiene persianas que, además, son eléctricas, lo que evita por completo la entrada de luz y facilita que la habitación esté más fresca durante la noche sin necesidad de encender el aire acondicionado. No le pongo las 5 estrellas porque no realizan limpieza diaria, las camas las tienes que hacer tu mismo, cuando llegamos no había toallas ni productos de higiene en el baño (los tuvimos que pedir) y los colchones necesitan un cambio, por lo menos darles la vuelta. En cuanto a la ubicación, para gustos los colores, no por el apartahotel sino por el sitio donde se localiza.
