Location is very convenient near the airport. We arrived in the during the night and stayed till the afternoon before flying to Bali. Good breakfast and facilities.

Not worth the price and time. Room not clean properly, sink is damaged, staff not cordial, very basic gym with no supervision or assistance, hygiene in gym is not maintained, pool location is poor and doesn’t feel like using. While checkout a simple request of late checkout (1 hour) was denied by staff at reception.

You can rest in the middle of transit but it have stairs to the hotel but the staff really helpful for your baggage

Hotel provide bus to airport drop off and pickup service which is very good and close to airport. Just 15mins to airport, is a good choice to stay here if you get to airport early. Hotel nearby got KFC Starbucks and the nearest shopping mall will be PIK 30mins to there. Overall ok

Location is near airport which fits our needs. Left early so can't assess buffet breakfast spread. Nice of staff to pack breakfast on the go for us as our flight was very early.

This hotel is a 15-minute drive from CGK Airport. My friend and I stayed there for one night to rest before our early morning flight the following day. The room was nice and spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and quality linens. The staff were very helpful in assisting with my large luggage. Additionally, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport. Since it is the beggining of December, the hotel has been beautifully decorated for the holiday season, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, especially in the lobby. The only minor downside was that despite booking a twin room, the bath amenities provided were only for one person, including items like the toothbrush and shower cap.

I had a pleasant stay at Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. The rooms were nice, clean, and well-maintained, and I stayed in two different room types, both of which offered good views. The only issue I encountered was with one of the two sets of room keys, which initially didn't work. However, the staff handled the situation promptly and professionally, even accompanying me to the room to ensure the key was working properly after the fix. Their responsiveness and attention to detail left a great impression. Overall, I would happily stay here again.

Good service and thanks for the upgrade. Only one thing need to coordinate with Grab to add the hotel name in their list. Went to wrong hotel Swissbell in and ended up took two taxi to reach the hotel.

This is the most bad 4 star hotel i ever stay in the city. Its not worth the money i have paid for it. I book for a business suite which is the highest standard of the room there for 2million up rupiah, but the whole building AC seems to have a problem, you can feel its so hot from hall to restaurant and especially my room. With a heat of Jakarta nowadays, AC not working well at non window-airflow room is a disaster. Call front desk for 3 times to send an engineer to fix nothing, and then change to other room which is same problem🤦 I am sweating in my bed, i rarely comment bad things, but this is really got to my nerves and cross the limit i could take. Service is not good, hassle and seems not responsive and irresponsible. Amenities is poor since the 4 star hotels with highest room, but even soap and shower gel is same standard like 2 star low class motels. I won't go to any swiss-bel hotel anymore. This is traumatic!!!!
