Woda Villa & Spa recensioner

Overall is a good experience with the stay with Woda, there are a few shorts about it. LOTS of mosquitoes at the entrance towards the lobby. Stay more then a second and you will get bite.

Everything very good, but only the toilet are too small. Famous seafood just walking distance.

The room feel old. Maybe it is time they refresh the entire villa. Some stains on bed and pillow cases. Room is generally huge. But do take note, tv is not connected to wifi, so netflix and youtube cannot be use at all. Wifi speed is slow for phone. Alot of mosquitos, so remember to bring your insect repellent. Private pool is decent size but the light in the pool is not working, so it is kinda dangerous if you use the pool at night. At night will be noisy due to pub still operating till late midnight. Alot of ants at the wardrobe section. Overall just decent.

Although I had noted that the stay was for a birthday celebration, no effort was made to provide any complimentary gesture, such as a birthday cake—something I’ve seen offered to other guests based on their experiences. Additionally, the bedsheets provided were visibly stained with brown marks, which was both unhygienic and unacceptable for guest accommodation. This lack of cleanliness significantly diminished the overall comfort and quality of my stay. Furthermore, the private pool in my unit seemed poorly maintained. The water was stagnant, the pump was not functioning, and there were visible signs of debris and potential contamination, raising serious concerns about water hygiene and safety.

Vila was very beautiful and pleasant. Place was safe kept. Suitable for family gatherings and occasions & bonding.

Perfect location for first timer in Batam or short stay as a couple! Highly recommended

Overall fun experience, staff was friendly, however location is at an area where is unsafe to go out at night cause too dark.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. However the room cleanliness is so so. The first night the room has a lot of ants so we requested to have it change to another one.

Nice place. But music even till late night can be heard from room. Bfast choice limited.

Firstly we booked woda studio, which can accommodate an extra bed with charges, we are 3 Adult and 1 child. Receptionist insisted we need to upgrade to 2bedroom villa and ONLY cos there are 4 people, so meaning those with 4 people has to book 2bedroom villa??? And that too during the new year peak period charges, which is really unfair When booking their service eg, floating breakfast and milk bath they insist we pay first for the services. They din provide WiFi slip until we asked them during the night Massage package will expensive Buffet breakfast was very poor, not much choices Nothing complimentary for booking a 2 bedroom villa which was forced to upgrade during peak period season. Very unsatisfactory!!!

Friendly staff, food was good. Abit far out from the town areas like shopping malls. But it's good to be in a quiet area.

this is the place i always book for my stay when u vist batam. as usual never disappointed .
