This hotel is right in the middle of the action on the new town strip.nice clean rooms, but basic, it's a 3 star staff very friendly breakfast is ok, it's good just to get your head down. Bar staff Fran and Dan great people.

First, I’ll address the elephant in the room: yes, there are ladies of the night who sit on the hotel’s wall. However, I never encountered one. The staff working there were all friendly, helpful, and down-to-earth. The rooms were standard, with a TV offering around 50 channels, but only four in English. Each bed had one pillow, but I did take a cushion from the couch in the room. There was also a working refrigerator and air conditioning. The hotel is also at the beginning of the night stripe just come out turn left and there’s 1000 bars and restaurant.

This hotel needs to be closed, no water to rooms or toilets throughout the hotel for two days with signs up saying only a few hours delay. We counted 52 guests complaining in reception most wanting to be relocated to another hotel. Several of the lifts were not working and one disabled guest waited 20 mins to get up from the dining room to her floor. What’s the point of all inclusive when all the mixer pumps were down with no water. Public toilets blocked and no hand wash facility working. The bathroom in our room had all damaged doors and cabinets from previous water damage over the years. The hotel is very dated in appearance and definitely not clean. Its hotel decor is about 30 years out of date and needs a total refurb. Banisters were loose on stairways and fire door handles broken. Food ! Dare we voice an opinion, very low quality, poor selection, over cooked or cold. Milk for cereals was warm, eggs hard, bacon dripping in grease. Some cold food was left on trays for hours, curled up meats now discoloured needed to be taken off and destroyed, one day it was tripe. The best day we had was the day we were flying home. Please take notice and book wisely !
