Best Hotel in the old Town staff are like family very helpful polite and up for a laugh rooms are spotless could do with a bit of modernisation but can't fault the hotel great views sea mountain and people watching a tip book a balcony room loads of English bars a stone throw a way from cabaret at Klee cafe just out of the hotel turn left and straight across also pig and whistle next door to Klee cafe they also have entertainment nightly different artists and then the beach is a 2 minute walk away this is my second visit this year to this hotel and have been before and also booked for next year the photos are views from my balcony

Most of these rooms have no balcony for which i and many friends paid for .. Also no gym or sauna as advertised .. The food was ok but the dining room manager was a very rude man as was the pool bar waiter . 7 euros for a vodka ect extremely expensive bar and all inclusive guest’s were served inferior drinks which most left and went elsewhere. The pool was on the roof and barely bigger than my bath at home and was freezing cold as it was always in the shade no pool waiters .. All in all a cery disappointing hotel

Room was lovely clean and comfortable - Disabled person, this hotel may not be right for you if you require mobility scooters the hotel doesn’t allow them to restored anywhere in the hotel which can be a problem if you’re there for a week and have mobility issues The hotel, we you need to look into this!! They also need to look at their Barman who on my last day After we checked out, we had a few hours for our transfer arrived So I went to the lounge bar and sat there and after a few hours all Man came up to me abruptly and asked me what I was doing and started accusing me of loitering he ended up getting getting a manager where I had to provide my flight details it was just an awful end to a lovely holiday!!!

Nice friendly centrally located hotel only a couple of minutes walk from Levante beech. Very close to lovely cafes brilliant for people watching. We only had breakfast but good buffet selection of hot and cold options. Nice roof top with sun beds and bar close by. Rooms very clean and comfortable bed with nice bathroom and shower. Nice bar, which stays open until 1am with some entertainment and reasonable priced drinks - wine was €1.80 a glass. It was dated, but all the positive things make it an excellent hotel

Disappointed that the air con wasn't working, just throwing heat out, so the room was like an oven, reported to reception to be told that maintenance would fix it, went out for dinner arrived back at 8pm,still not fixed, went and reported it again, told that maintenance know about it, went back at 9pm,then at 10pm to be told that maintenance has gone home, gave me a fan so that was just blowing hot air around the room, the window is onto an inaccessible balcony overlooking a courtyard so there is no breeze, staff not really bothered so I contacted Jet2 customer services to be told they can't do anything until tomorrow,and they wouldn't reimburse me if I went to another hotel, I thought with phones and emails we were out of the dark ages, apparently not

Excellent location near old and new town. Brilliant room with city and sea views, coffee machine and huge corner balcony. Food was good and drinks were branded. Best of visit were all the staff who were exceptionally friendly, efficient and couldn’t do enough.

This was my 2nd visit here, I came in September with my dad, felt so welcome and safe that I rebooked for my first Solo trip, the staff are all very friendly and welcoming, nothing too much trouble, the hotel is very clean, I had a balcony room over looking the Main Street, great for people watching, the entertainment is what you make of it as with anything, I really enjoyed the entertainment, I danced and got involved, booked full board + but didn’t eat much at the hotel only because I was out all day wanted to see as much as I could so did a lot of day trips, there is lots of choice for all meals even for the fussiest of eaters, I didn’t once feel like a solo traveler thanks to the great staff and guests and always felt safe, there are a lot of bad reviews on here but a holiday is what you make of it, be nice and people will be nice back, have an issue speak to the staff, they will always help if your polite, they work long hard hours and I appreciate that, I didn’t visit the pool or the gym but I met lots of people who did and they enjoyed it, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel, thank you to all the staff 🥰

Great hotel, location and staff, we had rooms overlooking the pedestrianised area, lovely and clean this was our second visit and have already booked for March 2025. Love the pool though didn't have a dip, loads of sunbeds and hotel has a sign that you cannot reserve your sunbeds by putting towels on as the staff have permission to remove them which I totally agree with. We went on breakfast which was ideal for us with so many resteraunts on your door step, though the hotel offers Half Board and Fully Inclusive. Ther is a bar on the same floor where you eat and reasonable prices and they have organised events from learning Spanish to Line Dancing. Mainly couples and of a certain again a mixture of Spanish and ritish, highly recommend.

Hotel staff was great Lucius the legend absolute can not fault most helpful friendliest guy ever spot on loved him. On entering the hotel room was very happy lovely and clean AC worked fine we had a sea view balcony room view was lovely. The cleaners were fab cleaned our room daily very nice cleaned it too to bottom. Drinks were descent enough one miserable bar man can’t remember his name but Fran and another young fellow both really nice on the bar. Didn’t tether the food that much English breakfast was okay but we decided to eat out most nights lunch and dinner wasn’t great not much option. Drinks service wasn’t the best in the dining hall so didn’t bother eating in the hotel much. Would stay again but it’s for the older I think but quiet lacks entertainment but nice enough and enjoyed our stay big up to our boss man Lucius once again. 😊😊
