We arrived on Tuesday, booked through OnTheBeach. Apparently we should have received a voucher telling us how to collect the keys, but this never came so we had to call to figure it out. Keys are collected at an office on the end of the sea front, about 5 minutes walk away. There was a €200 damage deposit which we weren’t warned about. Once in, the apartment is basic but perfectly located. We had apartment 22D which is a studio. The kitchen is small but if you’re planning to eat out this won’t be an issue. The views are spectacular. Lifts are small and you can’t get a mobility scooter into them, but there is scooter parking and charging next to the pool - this is charged at €5 for two weeks which is very reasonable. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning - there is a tower fan in the wardrobe which we didn’t find until the last few days of our stay, but even with this the room gets warm at night. I recommend closing the curtains during the day and opening the windows for a while before bed. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed in Apartment 23C at Las Damas through booking agent. The apartment block itself is a private residential block which explains why there is no sun loungers around the pool but dont let that disappoint you as right across the road is the beach. The apartments was clean and spacious for 4 people. The kitchen was well equipped with hob microwave toaster and full size fridge freezer. Bedroom had double bed with a sofa bed in the livingroom, also has washing machine in bathroom. The views are simply stunning and as you are 23 floors up you can't hesr the noise below. Would defo stay again in 23C.

Rating based on value for money. We wanted a pet freindly apartment with parking on beachfront. ( We were in motorhome and needed a break from motorhome) Very large car park at rear easily accomadating our Motorhome. Keys collected from office 3 minute walk away. Swimming pool at rear very basic, but sea and beach at front, never used pool. Apartment clean and functional. Only critism is kitchen very small with no work surface. Had to use table in bedroom area. We were on 22nd floor. Lifts quite small but quick. If you eat out all the time kitchen size not an issue.

Absolutely great apartment,views are amazing when we plucked the courage up to look out 23 floor,great location,will book again,as daughter lives in benidorm....loved all the tribute acts so many to see xx.............................................

On our first morning here we woke up to a massive crash, went into the bathroom and the boiler that was attached to the tiles in the bathroom had come off, I cut my foot up on the tiles, there was blood pouring out of the wall, our apartment flooded, we waited 1 hour until anyone from the company who gave us our key ects turned up to help and they didn’t even come to the hotel. They accepted on responsibility for what happened, awful don’t stay there

The place has everything you need except WiFi but its on the beach . Although you have to do it all yourself like wash all the towels. And clean the place but we are well used to that. The pool is out the back. Its clean and no one in it hardly at all which means you could sit and swim all day without any hassle and for what you pay its not bad at all its fine Will come again for sure

Pues no me lo esperaba… soy muy exigente en la cuestión de usar concentrados en cocina, y el caldo era casero 100% nada de pastillas. Por 15€ por persona no puedes esperar gamba roja y mero, pero una fideuá para quitarte el sombrero, y sé de lo que hablo

Après deux ans d'absence pour cause Covid nous avons été surpris de voir autant de monde pour déjeuner dans ce restaurant jadis peu fréquenté en hivers. Nous avons réussi à deux reprises à venir nous installer en terrasse. Rien n'a changé, les glaces sont particulièrement savoureuses. Nous joignons un de nos tickets de caisse prouvant notre venue dans cet établissement.

We hebben gegeten bij het restaurant las damas. De tong en de inktvis waren simpel maar wel erg lekker klaargemaakt. We hebben dit genuttigd op het terras uitkijkend op zee. De bediening was vriendelijk.
