Hotel RH Victoria & Spa 4 Sup

Arrived early, check in was quick and efficient and we were allowed to leave our luggage until the room was ready. Popped back later for the room key and luggage, very impressive. Room 207 was well appointed and exactly what you would expect from a four plus hotel. Room serviced every day and linen replaced at least every other day from what I recall and towels replaced every day on request. My husband had his birthday while we were there and the hotel very kindly and without any notice left a balloon, a card and lollipops on the bed for him. A very unexpected touch! Our board basis was bed and breakfast so I cannot comment on anything other than the first meal of the day. Breakfast was superb. You would need to be a very fussy eater not to find something that you would enjoy. More cold cuts and cheese than you could ever eat, buns, croissants and waffles both hot and cold. Three types of sausage, English, Spanish and Chorizo. Beans, tomato, mushrooms, bacon (Spanish type bacon I call it, but hey ho) and eggs over and under, scrambled and in omelettes. Great hotel I would have no hesitation to recommend to anyone looking for quality accommodation in Benidorm.

Chose this hotel because of an issue with our original hotel & thought this was a good choice as have stayed in the RH hotels before. Hotel is lovely & clean, with a good quality bed & pillows & quiet at night to get some sleep. It's in a good spot for both old town & new ,just a few minutes walk from tapas alley & lots of shops & restaurants. The main problem at this hotel is the pool is in the shade most of the day so nobody uses it till late afternoon at this time of year . The other problem lots of people saying the same thing is the evening meal is very limited choice on the hotplate ,& the hotplate is not hot !! Food is just lukewarm. The soup & salads were good ,as was the ice cream machine. After two evenings we gave up on evening meal & chose to eat out after that . We did have lunch instead a few times ,this seemed better food . We found the staff quite miserable they hardly ever smiled, & a younger male on reception was quite arrogant . At the bar the Spanish guests got nibbles with their drinks, we never got any, we did go over the road to the Royal for a drink which we much preferred, we have stayed there before & loved that hotel so wish we had stayed there instead. The entertainment was awful & the same most nights ( line dancing). So we wouldn't return to this RH .

On arrival we were greeted warmly by the receptionist. Our room was on the 11th floor room 1108. We had a lounge area with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom. The bathroom was spotless. Plenty of tea and coffee. We had a balcony that over looked Benidorm. Free safe and Wi-Fi We were on a half board basis. Breakfast was plentiful with an excellent variety of food. Prosecco was an added bonus. Evening meal was also very good lovely choice of food. A special mention to the waiters and waitresses. So attentive and happy. Bar staff were equally as nice. We cannot fault anything. Highly recommend. The only thing that let the holiday down was the weather ☔️

Everything was as expected - Perfect ! 2nd time of staying at this friendly hotel. Food was fresh, tasty, piping hot, where necessary, and very varied. Food stations all impeccably clean. Lifts were very conveniently placed and very fast. Rooms are light , bright and very clean with comfortable beds. All in all a great place to stay!

Stayed at the RH Victoria last July for a family holiday in Benidorm. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this hotel, perfect location, not too far away from the old town and also a short walk away to the beach. The staff at the RH Victoria were great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. We have already booked our summer 2025 stay here. First time in Benidorm and very happy with the hotel. Room was spacious and tidy, bathroom very good. Nice size balcony with views of the sea, island and Sierra Gelada. Food was okay, lots to choose from, a glass of Cava with your breakfast if you wanted, plus Friday night complimentary cava and a violinist in the lobby. Pool area okay, had a swim but it was cold, time of year I suppose. Entertainment was fine, catering for both Spanish and English. We danced on quite a few evenings and went out on a number of occasions to the Ambassador and Calypso for tribute acts and ballroom, sequence and line dancing respectively. Things to do. Sunbathed and swam in sea in several places (lots of small coves along the coast). Sea warmer than hotel pool. We used local buses (easy to use and inexpensive)to take us to Albir, Altea( old town worth a visit),Villajoyosa(good museum and Valor Chocolate factory a must, both free), Guadalest (which really is a must do bus trip). As we are both quite active we were able to walk from our hotel up to the cross and over the Gelada to the Govnerdor and down into Albir to get the bus back. Also walked through the old town and along to Cala Finestrat and up to the old Roman lookout. Also walked up to the tower another day. Took the bus to Villajoyosa and walked back along the coastal path to Cala Finestrat. Also walked above Altea and up to the Tossal de Senyal(take the 42 bus to Terra Natura and walk up the hill, if you go to the Natura, the zoo, get your tickets on line, a lot cheaper than paying at the zoo). Did numerous other things. Had a good four weeks.
