Beautiful hotel very clean, plenty to do. Entertainment staff are brilliant, really friendly go above and beyond, great experience all round :)

Busy Family Resort. Tahiti Lodges are clean, with everything needed. Aircon x 2. Nepresso, kettle and fridge (stocked for arrival) Food, very busy in restaurant 3. But plenty of choice for breakfast lunch and dinner. Few flies but nothing like mention in prior reviews. Pools are small but clean and no issue getting lounger for the biggest one. Smaller pools like infinity pool not for small children, no lounger to watch them. Bar at pool great, but always small que. Zoo visit was brief but was plenty to see. Water park made this holiday. It was brilliant, we ended up going 3 of the 6 available days. Also can you get food and drink in bar upstairs part of all inclusive l. The resort is big, the downfall of this holiday was lack of internal transport. Only for signs, we were not made aware wasnt running. Heat and hills not a great combo. But worked off the extra calories. Staff all very helpful and pleasant. It's very remote, up a hill so no shops closer than 1.8mile. (ALDI) Great week spend here. Would recommend.

Overall we had a really good time here. We went premium and had 2 lodges in the Bali section with private hot tubs. The lodges were nice with little areas that needed some tlc - the showers were quite limescaley/rusty, the shelf in the bathroom was slanted and had a little block of wood under to keep it up. The rooms ventilation was also really poor leading to A LOT of condensation, even to the point where all the paper in our room was wet and curling up etc. The beds were very firm and not very comfortable. There were mini fridges, a kettle, microwave and Nespresso machine which were useful (the Nespresso machine was a bit temperamental when it would work or not). We requested a bed guard for our son as he is 4 and tends to fall out of the bed without one. There were plenty of wardrobes and drawers for clothes storage for 4 people too. One of the doors to the lodges didn't close by itself and this was left open a couple of times by housekeeping which could've led to personal belongings going missing but as far as we are aware this didn't happen. We also had a wet towel and swimming costume that was drying in the bathroom chucked into a suitcase making the rest of the contents wet too. Not sure why housekeeping done this. The hot tub was definitely the highlight of the lodges for us as the pools were freezing we spent most of our time in the hot tub when not out and about. The food in the restaurants was mostly good. We always found something to eat every day we went. It did get very repetitive towards the end of the week though. The food in the Italian was ok, the pasta was fresh but the portions weren't huge. The dessert selection in the Italian was not as good as the desserts in the buffet. The paella upstairs was very good, we enjoyed that. The starters for the upstairs restaurant was all the same food as the buffet food downstairs too. As we were premium guests we had access to the smaller buffet restaurant which was very nice, as the standard restaurant was very cramped, busy and loud. We did however notice there was a bit more food in the standard restaurant. We ordered pizza delivery once and this was fine except it was cold and late so I think we were the last to receive the delivery. It was edible but we didn't bother ordering again. There were plenty of pools around the resort for smaller kids and older kids/adults, as we went in April the weather wasn't the warmest and the water was quite cold but we did get in a couple of times. There were activities all through out the days spread out across the resort at the main bar and the larger pool area. There is a game section with a pool table and other arcade machines. There is a ping pong table by the larger pool too. Several bars scattered around in all areas by the pools too. There is a games console area too which you need to book a time slot to gain access. There was a small kids club with a little soft play and colouring and other games inside. Our 2 (age 4 and 7) went in a couple of

A real mixed bag. The resort itself is good, plenty to do with the attached waterpark and zoo, both of which are unlimited access. The pools at the hotel are small but adequate, the tiered number overlooking the elephants was lovely. Fortunately these perks make up for the rest of the resort, which was poor. The rooms are absolutely tiny with barely any room to move between beds. I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone with mobility issues as everything is so spread out, the walks are long, very hilly and the painted floors are super slippery at times. The food was always cold, even when we queued to enter the dining area at opening time. There was a lot of choice and as a vegetarian I had enough options to chose from, but its very, very noisy and crowded, which does not make for a pleasant atmosphere. Evening entertainment is good, with a talented team of singers, dancers and acrobatics. We did not feel we were given adequate information on checking in, and were left to discover everything for ourselves, including that all inclusive guests have a small (and VERY limited) restaurant at the water park and where the free sunbeds were. None of this is explained, and the information pack given to new guests is pretty much useless. There is a rep available at certain times, but she isn't particularly helpful and came across quite rude when we tried to make enquiries. Overall we had a good stay, and if you're looking for a cheap and cheerful holiday this is definitely an option. We won't be going back though.

We were a family of 8 inc a 2yo and 1yo. We would never return to this hotel, it’s out dated and needs someone to come in and set some serious standards in housekeeping, food and overall hospitality. We paid extra for ultra all inclusive and a skyline view - we shouldn’t have bothered. Our accommodation was 2 lodges, and I requested good views and a cot for the 1yo. We got sheds on the top of a mountain and asked to pay €6 per day deposit for them to come drop a cot in! They then asked us for another €20 for the use of the iron! The terraces were shambolic, both looked like they had been there 50years, they were broken wood with nails sticking up and a small metal table with 2chairs, also metal, which a. Burnt like a mother, in the sun and b. Meant most of us didn’t have a seat! The housekeeping was shocking, the children’s rooms never got cleaned, the mini fridge was hardly ever restocked (you pay for this in the ultra bit) the bathroom showers had so much patchwork, rust and mould I’m sure it was the bodged paint over that was keeping it together! The TV in one lodge didn’t work although reported they didn’t bother coming out to sort it. The WiFi just didn’t work throughout our stay, they couldn’t tell us why, they just kept brushing it off. The buffet dinning was ridiculous, everything is warm, the heat lamps don’t work well, I had a chicken wing which was raw inside so that put me off all week, I was worried about what the kids were eating, the themes were weird, and if you like a poor version of Wetherspoons this place will be perfect, there’s also a musty smell to the hall, you can eat outside if you don’t mind being eaten alive by the local insects living in the bushes all the way along the tables! Pools - €10 each towel deposit!! They were okay, one is stunning as it overlooks the elephants at the zoo. They are all very small. The sunbeds are limited, some lodges had them on their decking, not sure if you’re meant to carry them down with you lol…the poolbars are just a joke, basic, no speciality drinks really and only a plate of no brand plain crisps as a snack, make sure you’ve eaten. The staff were rude and busy, there’s a plastic card and cup system which is fine except our 1yo granddaughter didn’t qualify for a wristband so trying to get them to understand she needs water too proved to be a constant challenge! No card no drink!!! The mini disco for the toddlers on an evening was 20mins of baby tunes being playing, no one dressed up, there wasn’t a theme to them, it was on an outdated stage with kids grabbing machines dotted around that didn’t work most of the time! When that finished you had to walk to another staging area in the zoo, join a never ending queue to watch the entertainers in a 40min show…now the entertainers clearly worked hard, and their shows albeit short were clearly rehearsed and took incredible skill, I think I had just got to the point I wanted to go home on day 2 and their 40 minute performances wasn’t

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Spoke to lots of others whilst we were there,so not just us...wrong room given as they double book...apparently this is frequent, hoping youll not notice as the rooms are similar but we paid extra for one near entrance for health reasons, yet they sent us out to the very top...eventually moved to the correct room two days later,so we had to hang around waiting to be told as there was no point unpacking properly just to pack up again. The rep was rude and abrasive, basically "well thats how it is" ...lots of people complaining about lots of different things to the reps...to basically the same reply. The whole place smells of mouldy cheese and sewerage, the food is rubbish...dont bother with the three "speciality restaurants " as its a generic menu and very basic...the breakfast choices were the best out of the lot but still clearly warmed up day before food- apart from the beans,they were clap cold all the time! We paid for the extra premium before going ,which was completely pointless...all you get is to jump the que for drinks...which doesn't work when theres only one member of staff on that tell you to just join the que or theres 3 staff serving the non premium and one serving premium...overall the place is a shambles...lots of people constantly complaining at the reps and at reception throughout the day. The lady giving out the towels was lovely but again that scenario is a mare...you need to start queing from 9/9.15 a.m to get your name down for a cabana-they dont open til 10. Theres not enough sunbeds for everyone,not even half. The waterpark is fun but yet again not what youd expect for all inclusive. You have to take the sunbeds in the grey area,which means all the beds that are falling apart; you can only get drinks from one place that is way up above the others-REMEMBER YOUR CUPS!!!- and same for food which looked disgusting. Our bar stops serving at 5 even though the park is open til 7, we were told "go back to your hotel if you want free drinks" You have to pay for the rings for the day that you need to go on the slides and they only have a certain amount so get thete early or youll only have 2/3 slides to go on. The bit for the little kids in the waterpark was really good and big,so thats good. We paid for food from one of the other vendors and it was nice,but we shouldnt have to when youve paid for all inclusive and its stated that the WP is included. Overall,if you have little kids and are happy to stay in the park or WP ,with basic food & drinks,rubbish entertainment and mostly rude staff,then this is the place for you. We paid over £4000 for a week to try something different...NEVER AGAIN!! If this saves one family from having the worst experience of a holiday its been worth writing this. Good luck if youve already booked .
