Apartamentos la Era Park

The apartments are in a near perfect location for exploring both the old town and the new (nearer the old), The apartments definitely need some TLC and are showing signs of wear. Visiting in December, we were told that the heating would come on at 8pm until midnight, but it never did, and to be honest it was first thing in the morning you needed it really. The pool is the green type, which for me, never looks quite right. The sunbeds are the type that lies flat and made of rigid plastic and are very uncomfortable, okay if they had something to lie on but if you like sitting up and reading, no good at all. For the price we paid we got what we expected and I think that just about sums it up.

Made so welcome by Leeanne from the bar and alba the receptionist, nothing is a problem for any of the staff, very helpful. No complaints about rooms, brilliant shower, wouldn't hesitate in returning. Wonderful, central, near supermarket

Loved our stay here and by the look of others so did they. Leanne the barmaid/cook was lovely as were all of the staff. Room had everything required and it's in a spot that's no more than 5 minutes from the front. The only issue was the pool which looked like it needed some care but we would return here no problem 😊

Nice little hotel, but somewhat outdated, needs a bit of TLC and decorating. Few decorative pictures, just to brighten the place up a bit. Few plug sockets didn't work, doors scuffing the floor when open or closed. No extractor fan, so the bathroom took ages to clear. One of the balcony doors didn't lock. Overall, apart from the little bits, it's a decent place to stay about 10mins walk from both towns. Quite little area. Breakfast was decent and reasonably priced. Would stay there again

Excellent apartments very good value for money reception staff so very friendly and helpful.pool lovely and clean bar offering good food and drinks very reasonably priced will definitely be back . location is very good for old town and new town is 10 minutes away so little til call in Go Bananas on the way will be back 😄☀️😍🥃🍺🍷🍸

Amazing location, rooms a very decent size! Plenty of sun beds available , and the staff are all amazing. We will definitely use this apartment again for our trips to Benidorm in the future! If you're looking for a great spot, and location for all of Benidorm, at a very reasonable price then this is the place to visit.
