Great location, friendly staff and very clean hotel

Excelente hotel, mucha variedad en el buffet, está ubicado para ir a varios puntos de la ciudad, la atención del personal excelente, nosotros compramos excursiones en el hotel que es más práctico te ayudan en lo que necesitan, seguramente volveremos, recomendable 100%, las instalaciones están muy bien y por la noche el show estuvo súper, desde mi punto de vista un hotel de lujo en todos los aspectos

Amazing hotel very clean and the staff are amazing food was very nice all in all one of the best hotels we have stayed in in benidorm. The guest were very friendly and great fun plenty of entertainment for everyone would highly recommend this hotel.

Just returned from my first stay at the Rio Park with my family. Pros: -Hotel clean -Comfortable and spacious room (junior suite). Unfortunately, there were marks on the wall from previous guests. However, the air con worked well and the shower pressure was good. Nice touch with welcome drinks in fridge on arrival, bathrobes, pool towels, and slippers -Good breakfast selection. Full english, continental, cereals, fruit, bread, pastries, cakes etc -Most staff friendly and helpful -Bar prices relatively reasonable. 8.10 € for a litre jug of Sangria. 3 € for a pint of San Miguel, but this was often flat -Decent snack bar poolside which serves burgers, toasties, pizzas etc. all of which were reasonably priced -Nice bar nearby ‘Wooky Hollow II’, who do a decent pint of Madri and a nice Sunday lunch served everyday Cons: -Long queues for check-in when we arrived. Took over half an hour to get to the front, plus rude people kept pushing in. On the plus side, at least our room was ready -Location. The hotel is on what is called the ‘yellow brick road’ which didn’t seem to have a good feel about it. Apparently someone was mugged outside the hotel while we were there, plus some dodgy characters hanging about often begging for money. We didn’t walk down there after dark as we didn’t feel safe. The hotel is situated in a quiet area of Benidorm and is quite a walk to the beach (not good for people with walking difficulties as on a slight incline). Some supermarkets nearby, but was expensive. Taxis expensive (9€ into the old town, 7€ from the indoor market for three of us) -Food selection in restaurant wasn’t great. Sometimes it was very difficult to make a meal with what was there. Fussy eaters will struggle here in my opinion. Chinese/Oriental night was good though -Staff sometimes very slow to clear tables due to the amount of people in the hotel (hotel was rammed) -Be careful when you use the sauce dispenser in the restaurant! When the problem was raised with the restaurant manager, he didn’t seem to care about guests getting the dregs of tomato ketchup all over their shirts, because of the air inside the dispenser. Instead of apologising, he chose to blame it on the guests, but he did say he’ll ‘change the system’. Hopefully the hotel will take note of this going forward and make improvements -Often long queues for the restaurant for the first sitting and at the bar -Some entertainment wasn’t good -Lifts sometimes slow and random, but didn’t appear to be a big problem for us (we were on the fifth floor). However, it could be for those staying on higher floors, especially those with reduced mobility -Some clientele noisy, rude and scruffy (no fault of the hotel though) Sadly, we won’t be returning as there were just too many negatives for us to consider a return visit or even another visit to Benidorm. The hotel and location was just not for us, and unfortunately, Benidorm has changed drastically since our last visit six years ago, and not for the bet

Was a lovely spotless hotel , food was nice , staff friendly , great entertainment greatest showman was superb, only thing letting hotel down is lifts not enough and so small , plus didn’t like the fact that you had to pay to replace your teabags coffee sugar ect , was free on first day but then had to pay , plus never gave enough clean towels , I asked reseption and I still didn’t get enough , apart from these hotel was great and I would go back there

Just came home from this lovely hotel my second stay lots of postives the rooms are a good size all cleaned its got a good fridge and kettle mugs. Great air con, room 626 pool view the shower powerful plus dove shampoo really nice free safe we was with tui. beds really comfy. What I thought was good when we went for dinner you could buy wrist band thar cost 4 euro per day for a week 28 in total for drinks but only when your in restaurant but we'll worth it. Also in day you can buy a blue water bottle for 7 euro and fill unlimited at any bar for water only they do a larger one at 15 euro such a great idea. They take any towels off that people have left who aren't there by 11am so people thats gone off for day wont be able to do this. You can hire pool town for 20 euros but you get it back when you return them. Foods ok they do their best I love the cheese board selection. The roast beef on sunday so gorgeous the children pool is so lovely slides they will love it Entertainment team do a great job loved the greatest showman they put on it was absolutely brilliant all in all you will love this hotel in fantastic postive and thankyou to all the team that made our holiday perfect

Myself, my partner and 4 year old son have just returned from a week here. We were on the 2nd floor, room wasn't massive but it did the job. Maid came in everyday and fresh towels. The entertainment staff are good, although the tall gentleman was a bit rude when I asked a question he replied with "that's what I just said" (I wear hearing aids) . Domingo and Rafa on the bar were amazing with my son. Reception staff helpful too. I don't know how anyone can fault the food, probably the best we've seen and we've stayed in lots of hotels. Its in a good location too, closer to the old town. Pools are great and food by pool too. Wish this hotel was all inclusive. Older Lifeguard does a great job keeping everyone safe. Only downside was the lifts take forever to come at meals times especially, luckily we were only on the 2nd floor. Would return here.

Amazing hotel , well located in Benidorm 10 minutes stroll to the beach , 5 minutes to the bars , yet a couple of roads back means it’s peaceful & you can get a good nights sleep ! , great staff , we were able to check in straight away on our arrival - this always makes a huge difference! Lovely clean room with balcony , great pool (If a little chilly!). The dining experience was great , lovely & clean - great offering & well labelled for allergens - we were able to get a drinks package in the dining room at E5 each for out whole stay ! Tui reps in the hotel were amazing & we were able to easily book our trips ! Great little hotel shop ! A lovely holiday - we will be back xx
