Did not have a kettle or tea making facilities in room.

Muy bien ubicado, habitaciones grandes y cómodas.

Todo muy nuevo. Lo que más me gusto es que tenía aire acondicionado hasta en el ascensor y se agradece al venir de calor

Just arrived home from a three day stay here. Room spotless. Beds at first seem hard but very comfortable once in them. I had a room with no view unfortunately but rooms on other side have a beautiful view from 10th floor. I booked bed and breakfast but as a solo traveller who didn’t feel comfortable eating out I ate in the hotel on a night. Not a huge choice but what I had was very nice. No bin in room though. Only a small one in bathroom. Desserts are beautiful! Reception staff, bar staff and dining room staff all very pleasant and a credit to the hotel. Hotel is in a very good area and in 5 minutes walking distance of beach 5 or a short stroll to old town. Would come again.. Thankyou

Stayed here a few times, Great location as it’s bang in the middle of new town and old town. Rooms are always very nice and clean, staff always friendly and happy to help. You have 7 seas inside the hotel for drinks and pool side bar too. Showers do leak abit but if you put a small towel in front of it your ok and no bin in the room only a very small one in bathroom. Would recommend.

Just back from Hbc stayed for a week what a lovely friendly place.very clean bathroom with a walk in shower room beds very comfortable and TV if needed with all English channels.resturant on ground floor good selection for breakfast hot or cold evening meal a good selection and a nice mention for the staff especially for Ana Rael and Michael.Well place to visit old town or ten minutes to all the bars.

We stayed for 5 nights. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Room was cleaned and fresh towels every day. We had top floor sea facing the view was lovely. All staff very friendly. We were b&b and it was nice breakfast. We really loved this hotel. The location is great too. We would definitely stay again

This was our 3rd visit to this hotel, again friendly staff, clean rooms and excellent breakfast. Our only negative this time was the position of our room. On our previous visits we've stayed to the rear of the hotel and was great, this time we were given room 103 on the front of the hotel right above the bar. We are night late night people and unfortunately on every night the loudness from the music in the bar and people going past ment restless nights. All this said we will return, but would definitely request a higher level at the rear of the hotel.

A clean hotel with good customer service and regular room cleaning. Any problems dealt with on request. Breakfast caters for all. Other meals more cafeteria style than restaurant vibe. Location good. In the middle of old and new town but noisy when Winners Bar next door is busy. Negatives are a lack of standards in the 7 Seas Bar attached to the hotel. This is open to the public and allows non-residents to wander in and use the facilities. If privacy is needed, impossible when outsiders are invited through to put the tv’s on at full volume and make it impossible to find a seat as a paying resident, having to queue at the bar and toilets. Wouldn’t return.

Really good hotel, decent location for both old and new towns. Lots of restaurants around with an excellent Indian close by. Rooms are kept clean with fresh towels every day. However we did suffer with the air conditioning. It seems to be nonexistent.

What a pleasure it was to stay in this fine establishment with the great hosts of Cristina, Arturo and Juan vi who made it a trip we can’t forget! The rooms were really tidy and comfortable to stay in would highly recommend! Cristina has now been welcummed to the stud farm, thank you all for our stay and we will be back.
