Hotel Voramar

Just got back from vorama hotel benidom... we booked a Superior room with beach view. When we opened the curtains and went outside on the Balcony.we were facing a Building site. They are Renovating hotel Directly opposite our Balcony. Portable toilet. Was all view and workmen working 8 till 6. We went to Complain at reception Management said you have got what you paid for Superior room with sea view. Complained to love island when we got back.and they said they would look into it. Got back and said they are sorry but can't do anything about it. So if you want to book a holiday don't book loveholidays . Customer care is none Existent.and don't book hotel vorama. Food is poor quality and Luke warm at best.

Lovely Hotel ,Juan at reception very helpful and polite. Room had good air conditioning, cleaners came every. Prices at the bar and roof bar were good,food at dinning room was also good,The hotel is well situated in the old town,not far from tapas alley and tapas square.

Love the Voramar Hotel. Stayed twice and worth every penny... It's in a Great Location on the very edge of the Old Town...A must for Atmosphere. I think the Location of your hotel is so Important This one ticks every box. A few minutes (maybe 3 or4 min) walk from the Hotel to the Beach & Sea. Our Rooms have both been Simple & Spotless and were fussy !! Always very well presented indeed Immaculate, isn't too strong a word. Superbly comfortable beds and bedding...Nice big Towels and amazing Water Pressure in the bathroom, for Showers. The Lifts to the Floors are Tiny...4 people max...but there are two Lifts but their can be a wait usually after Dinner...BUT as we pick a room on the 2nd floor...It's an easy walk up (and down) The Buffett style food at Meal Times really works for us... as a family were All Picky Eaters and we've never been disappointed. ( We do eat too much thought!!) The Variety & Choice is Excellent and the menu changes each night and at Breakfast too. Restaurant Staff are So Efficient and Helpful and drinks are a Good Price...No One is ripped off. We Love the Pool area and the fact you have quite places to Sunbath, Just NOT on this trip in Mid in January. All the staff are helpful and friendly & at Night they have entertainment of a High Standard in the Lower Bar area Again prices for Drinks aren't bad either. We Book a Superior Double but I've seen the Standard Rooms and their fine...It's Just we like the balcony with a View of the Sea... The Voramar Hotel is by far our First Choice of Hotel in Benidorm...We've recommended The Voramar to friends...indeed 4 of them went to stay in Sept and Loved the Hotel. I can't believe anyone wouldn't like this Hotel and Its Location.

We stayed 3 nights half board in early January, taking in the 3 Kings parade. This hotel was very close to everything, very clean, friendly and good value. All the staff were excellent. Although the hotel was very busy, the team responded in every way.

We are just returning from a 6 night stay over Christmas at the Voramar. I have awarded the hotel 5 stars as I think it deserves more than a 4 star rating. It is a very good hotel. I will go through the good points first: The hotel is exceptionally clean. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard daily. I could smell the bleach after the room had been done. I could walk round barefoot and my feet never got dirty. The staff are very pleasant. It is a predominantly Spanish hotel. Entertainment is tailored towards the Spanish guests, which for us was no problem. What was good was that any requests we had were accommodated. On this basis I think that the hotel treats the Spanish and English guests equally. When my daughter, who was not staying at the hotel wanted to join us for Christmas lunch and other meals this was done. A big thank you to Mirabela who is an excellent Receptionist. She went above and beyond when we had a couple of airport transfer issues. She was very polite and her customer service was second to none. Always friendly and just a lovely lady. The rooftop pool was closed for winter but we did have access to the roof terrace and gym. This is a great place to relax and it is a sun trap. When the pool opens back in season it will amazing up there as it has bars and lots of room to relax on chairs and beds. Lovely sea views, beautiful. Location is perfect for Old Town. Minutes from the beach, shops and Tapas Alley. Food in the hotel could have been better. It would have been nice to have a variety of omelettes at breakfast and maybe have a little more variety. We had hash browns today but they weren’t there on any other day of our stay. They were very nice. Evening meal lacked variety sometimes which was a shame. I have stayed in many hotels in Benidorm and generally for hotels of this rating food is better. Having said that the Christmas lunch was very good. Food was varied and there was free wine, Prosecco and water. The tables were beautifully decorated with attention to detail. Table cloths, little stars on them and serviettes beautifully done. A very nice lunch was had with happy staff topping up your drinks. Very pleasant indeed. A little paint touch up on the balconies to freshen them up would be good. We did have an excellent stay though and wouldn’t hesitate to return. I recommend this hotel, it’s very nice. Thank you for a lovely stay Voramar!

I had a great stay at Hotel Voramar. The reception staff were polite and professional, making check-in quick and easy. My first-floor corner room was very nice but had limited WiFi, however 4G worked fine for me. I was initially worried about noise from the aircon machinery right outside the window, but it didn't prove to be an issue. Meals (breakfast and dinner) were plentiful, high quality, and offered plenty of choice. The waiting staff were helpful and polite, and while drinks at dinner were chargeable, the prices were reasonable. My only minor complaint is the lack of coffee at dinner, although I know this is common, and to be fair I didn’t check this thoroughly with the staff. The hotel is close to shops, bars, and a lovely beach just a three minutes walk away. Overall, a wonderful stay!
