Wonderful hotel! Unfortunately we stayed for only 1 night and it was just great! Clean, cozy, tasty breakfast, beach, and old town just nearby! Very friendly staff! If we are back to Benidorm again, this hotel will be the first choice.

3rd visit for us and yet again a great visit, lovely rooms and the ladies keep it wonderfully clean. Great food in the restaurant and the staff work hard in looking after everyone. Great top jacuzzi and rest area with umbrellas and deck chairs. Central to the old town with lots of bars and restaurants. Thank you See you next year Thanks Dave

We have been this hotel 7 times over the past year and can't fault this hotel as the staff can't do enough for you. On our recent visit we were upgraded to a sea view and a bottle of Prosecco also a fruit platter put in room . The restaurant food is fantastic one of the best places to eat. Rooms are clean modern.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. Very clean and modern. Really friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfasts and evening drinks. Really enjoyed my stay here with friends. Will definitely stay here again. Very highly recommended.

A beautiful hotel in a great spot in the old town of Benidorm .. very clean , great shower , stunning view from our room with balcony overlooking the sea Staff were very friendly Sadly the roof bar and jacuzzi were closed on our visit due to time of year … The local bars are great and away from the loud and proud ***** area so sleep was silent - bars in this area close at 1.30am The walk into town was a short stroll to join in the fun … We would certainly return to this hotel …

A nice hotel in a stunning location , but could do so much better with a little more attention and the odd smile from the younger staff would be nice , the hotel claim you can order drinks from the bar to be brought up to the roof our orders where either ignored or told we had to come down 6 floors to the bar to collect them , also the same with the toilet roof to bar area to use the toilet 6 floors , Our air con leaked water onto the floor and down the wall We got showered in plaster one morning while eating breakfast out side a lump off a balcony hit our table striking my wife and another lady on our table no injury’s but not pleasant ,

This is a superb hotel, really enjoyed stay so far. But today, how disappointing to be told you cannot have a second cup of coffee, with breakfast. Never been an issue so far this week. Told breakfast had finished at 11, it was just past 11. New breakfast staff today. Been great all week. This hotel is great mind, all other staff met have been friendly and go out of their way to make stay enjoyable

Spotlessly clean. Polite staff. Excellent location. Beautiful spacious rooms. Quiet and peaceful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else after finding this gem of a hotel. The reception staff particularly welcoming and very helpful. Wonderful 5 night stay from start to finish
