On arrival at this hotel, which was an all-inclusive board, seemed fine at first when I approached the reception desk to check in. Was assigned a room on the 2nd floor and upon walking into the room walked straight back out but not until getting photograic evedice. The room I was assigned was not clean by anyone's standards. There were human hail and dust in every corner and over every surface. The electrical sockets were hanging out of the walls, and the actual beds had broken legs as well as mattresses that must have been made out of bricks. After speaking with reception about this in a somewhat harsh manner, I was offered one on the 1st floor. This was in the same state, but at least the sockets were attached to the walls. When it comes to washing and bathing, you have to struggle hoding the shower head while trying to soap your body up as the head would not fit on the bracket. Of the bracket was broken like most of the rooms. So, if you're an amputee or have reduced mobility, don't bother. In regards to the all-inclusive board. Don't bother. The only things that are included are tea, white coffee, draft beers, and local wines that taste like nats piss and also draft soft drinks. No cocktails and no bottles beers and no canned soft drinks. Food served 3 times a day but always looked and tasted like it was cooked days ago. If you missed a meal time, that was it, and you had to wait a good few hours until your next round of leftovers. States that snacks include sandwiches but never saw a sandwich in sight. It was either olives, crisps, or nuts. It was more a retirement home feeling than a 3* all-inclusive. What a total and utter shambles. I went out to tapas alley every day as I know I could get decent tapas. AVOID AVOID AVOID
