Hotel Queens - Adults Only

Good location for food and drink, no parking however and the multi-storey car park is €24 per day which is roughly a 8 min walk. Room was basic and there was a really bad smell in the room which I assume was coming from the bathroom drains. The breakfast was really good.and the roof top bar is a nice touch It’s just a pity about the smell in the room it spoilt our stay

This is my second bennidorm Trip and my first stay to Queens Hotel. Polite professional Staff. Great Clean Room with a balcony overlooking the hustle and bustle which adds to the charm of the location which is central old town. Lovely fresh breakfast with delicious coffee. I shall be returning in October to this Hotel.

What can I say, we absolutely loved our short stay at this gorgeous little gem of a Hotel. I'll start by thanking all the lovely staff who are so lovely and working so hard. Breakfast was a great experience, service to your table, juice, tea and coffee was lovely and fresh. As soon as we chose our table we were asked what we would like to drink and then you pick your breakfast from really nice choices off the menu. We definitely enjoyed the breakfasts every morning, set us up for the day. The ambience of this Hotel is absolutely fab. As soon as you arrive outside you feel the buzz of the location. You are in the perfect sandwich of Bar 69 and Olivers Bar. So be aware that this area is very busy with alot of night time noise. Your balcony could be above the bars looking over Tapas Alley. There is a recycling point at the front as well , so when the bars and restaurants are emptying bottles etc there is noise. Our room was around the side so we never experienced any noise issues, but i just think it adds to the charm of the Hotel and the location. Our room was bright and very clean, quite basic and the bathroom is probably ready for a face-lift. I think shower curtains have definitely had their day, but even though dated it was very clean. Great to have a kettle, tea and coffee, and a massive bonus a mini ironing board and an iron. Have been home 2 weeks now and have just booked to return in December for 5 days. The lovely staff , gorgeous brekky and great location have won me over, can't wait to return.

Well what can I say. We are a couple in our 60’s and had been told this was a great hotel to stay in. From our experience so far it’s not. Our rooms are on the 7th floor underneath the terrace bar with the constant bass beat of music playing from above. The rooms are not very clean. When they are serviced they just replace the bedding and towels. No tea or coffee replenish, just left dirty cups. The constant noise of people going past our doors to get to the lift, when it’s working. Also the noise from the lift as is by our rooms. I have a heart condition and the lift was constantly out of order. When my partner complained about it the staff did not want to know. We are not small guys and struggle with getting in and out of the bathroom as the toilet is close to the bath and your knees touch the wall when you sit on it. So you have to go sitting side on, the seat is also lose. Breakfast was included, we tried this on the first day. It was the worse breakfast I have ever had, beans were cold and tasted like they had been mixed with vinegar and the bacon was a small little rasher that had not been cooked. I would not recommend this hotel.

Excellent location. In old town right at the top of tapa alley. Great location to bars and shops. Short walk to view point and sea front. Very clean We didn’t experience any noise from music Bad points Room 61 - very small but ideal for short stay Bottles being emptied out the front Would definitely return for a short stay
