I just checked in Hilton garden inn Cancun airport. But thr room was quite disappointing. Safe was open, but inside of the safe, there were some eaten muffins and cookies. The coffee maker also has the used coffee pod in the machine.
Furthemore, the in-room phone was not working to connec me to the front desk.
After physically approaching to the front desk, I requested the clean up the safe box and the coffee machine. But, it took a long time someone to come to the room what happended. He just took some muffins and cookies and went away. 15 min later, a hoursekeeping lady was coming up and I requested a replacement coffee machine, but she denied and will clean up the coffee machine, then dissappeared. But, she didn't show up for 1 h and we decided not to use the coffee machine and to fall a sleep.
