Beautiful home, beautiful setting and DELICIOUS breakfast! Complimentary water bottle and soda were also provided. Owners are very pleasant and helpful.

Place was amazing...... Beautiful location... Incredibly knowledgeable, caring and accommodating owners. Breakfast was amazing. The care and time put into it and the personal touch really took it to the next level.......five stars

Charles and Rebecca were perfect hosts- engaging and welcoming. The gardens are meticulously cared for and gorgeous. Rebecca's breakfasts are amazing- homegrown berries, poached pears, vegetable fritatta to name just a few. We stayed in one of the cabins which was spacious and had great air conditioning. The mini fridge was much appreciated. The location was excellent for visiting wineries, restaurants, etc. Looking forward to a return visit.

I always enjoy staying with Charles and Rebecca at Los Gatos B&B in Penn Yan, NY. They are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. I like having a refrigerator in the room. Breakfasts are plentiful and delicious. The outdoor patio and gazebo are nice spots to relax with comfortable seating. I look forward to going back to Los Gatos.

My wife and I took our yearly trip to upstate Penn Yan, New York the first week in July to visit my wife's family. Once again, we chose to stay at Los Gatos B&B. We stayed in one of their cabins. What a great experience! The beauty of the grounds, the very friendly fellow guests and, of course, the awesome breakfasts! Charles and Rebecca are terrific hosts and the conversations we shared at the breakfast table are always amazing. We always look forward to our next stay with the Franks family. This has been our 4th time staying at Los Gatos B&B, & we have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. Charles & Rebecca are gracious hosts. Rooms are clean, spacious, & comfortable, breakfasts are delicious. Love the fire pits on back deck! Nicely located in Penn Yan.

What a perfect spot to spend our 4 nights! We stayed in the big suite and the main bedroom was charming and spotless with nice touches like chocolates in a dish, queen size bed that was so comfortable and plenty of space to “move in”. The second smaller room was a living area and second smaller bed for snorers or a child. The huge porch with the view of the gardens was wonderful early mornings and evenings to just sit on the bench or table and chairs. Rebecca and Charles are charming and warm hosts who take pride in serving gourmet, healthy fresh breakfasts. Fruit cups and either a lemon blueberry soufflé or various savory casseroles. Homemade jams and syrups topped off each choice along with some of the best coffee ever. We will be back, and highly recommend Los Gatos!

We normally stay at hotels but this trip Los Gatos B&B caught my eye. I'm very happy it did. We stayed in one of the private cabins and spent many hours rocking on the porch. Rebecca's homemade breakfasts are to die for not to mention the homemade jams. Charles and Rebecca made us feel like we were at home with family. The Inn is very close to town but yet you feel like your all alone. A great stay with great people and we will stay here again when we visit the area.

Los Gatos is a wonderful place of peace and serenity. The host, Charlies and Becky is very hospitable, kind and friendly. Highly recommended. Great location and delicious breakfast.
