Benton Inn

We stayed here and absolutely loved it! The room was spotless and comfortable. Everything was modern with an old school vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety to offer. We didn’t get to go for a swim but will be back for sure!

The room was clean, and the manager/owner made sure the air was on for arrival. Very personable. Owner made sure that everything good and even helped us find an atm. Only complaint was the room got very cold over night. Air worked overtime. Would stay again anytime

We paid for our room online and had to pay an EXTRA $50 deposit when we signed in. Had we known about that we would've found another place to stay. THEN . . . while we were gone, they snuck into our room! How do I know? Before we left, I went back to ask about the deposit and he said we couldn't get it back. He then pulls out his phone and shows me a picture of a red ash tray and said we smoked in a non-smoking room. Nevermind the fact, for all he knew, we smoked outside and brought in the ashtray so it wouldn't be stolen. Honestly, I don't care about that either way. What I DO care about is that they waited for us to leave and went into our room! There's no "Do Not Disturb" door hanger, btw, so there's that. Bit they didn't make the bed, they didn't take out the trash, and they didn't even give us fresh towels. They ONLY went into our room to snoop around!!! First night we couldn't get the TV to work so on the second day we asked them to come look at it. Now, get this, when he gets to the door he ASKS if he can come in. Really??? You're going to ask to come in but go snoop around without our permission after we keave??? Luckily, we had our valuables with us in the car. Besides that, the picture he showed me was an up close picture of the ashtray. You couldn't tell if that was in our room or the room next door! But, whatever. So unless you want to risk having something potentially stolen and you don't mind losing your hard earned money, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

The guy Nick in the office that runs this place, he's an amazing man! Now a dad! Congratulations to him! & Kudos for him running this hotel and being the MOST considerate person, I've EVER met in business! He has decent rates for this hotel too. I'm just very happy with my decision to come to Benton Inn. He lets you do your own thing (within reason) and will help any way possible! Great hospitality! Thank You so much!
