Beautiful newly-remodeled home located in the heart of Bentonville, AR. Less than 5 minutes from downtown, Slaughter Pen Trail, Crystal Bridges Museum, and the Amazeum, as well as multiple golf courses and dog parks. This home is perfect for a nice getaway as it is fully furnished and includes amenities such as outdoor bbq grill, hot tub, pool table, poker table, board games, arcade gaming console (pay to play), books, Wifi, and 8 tvs . Please note we have a ring door bell with a camera at the front door. We want everyone to have a wonderful time, but are looking for guests that appreciate a well taken care of rental and are respectful of our property and its furnishings. If anyone in your group is looking for a rental to hold parties and neglect our home, then please look elsewhere. We also have Noise Aware on the property to monitor the guest volume, so we do not have any problems with the City of Bentonville Ordinance for Noise. Quite time is from 10:00 pm – 7:00 am and needs to be adhered to during your visit so our property doesn’t get complaints from our neighbors and or the police.
