Прекрасный отель, хоть и не новый, океан виден со всей территории и номеров) вкусные завтраки и улыбчивый персонал! В номере было все необходимое. Видели 1 раз таракана в номере, но это нормально для такой страны и климата… было конечно не приятно и хорошо, что мы уже уезжали на экскурсию 😄

The hotel is really good with a natural beautiful environment. It is really good to see the hotel background with the beach next to the hotel. The rooms are very clean and attractive. The bathrooms are really clean and tidy. The staff is also really friendly with us. It’s a pleasure to be here for the first time and it has taken us really much. Thank you and we’ll come back whenever the chance we get

Great hospitality,made jain food as requested and great view of sea from room..beautiful place to experience srilanka . Especially their guest relationship manager miss.Roche had made our stay memorable by helping in our jain breakfast,baby food etc..overall experience is wonderful

We had booked for a family of 3 adults and 2 little kids. Originally were put on the first floor which was not convenient as we had a 65yr old grandparent travelling with us, as well as an 11month old and a 5yr old. After 2 days we requested to move to a ground floor, and was assisted by Gyathri and Roche to make the move to the lower floor. I didn't have a chance to take pictures of our hotel room (deluxe suite), but I have attached pics of the superior room. Staff were the best part of the hotel. They were uber helpful, friendly and went over and beyond to make sure our 7day stay at the hotel was as easy going as possible. Part of the reason of the vacation was to celebrate my daughters birthday. We were given a great surprise with a birthday cake for our daughter. The hotel and rooms were clean. Restaurant and buffet options were good. We took the full board option, but in retrospect half would have been good. There are lots of food spots about 500m away. If you get hungry you can always head there for food. Direct access to the beach is a big plus. Two swimming pools, one being more kid friendly and shaded by beautiful greenery. I wish I got the name of the gentleman who was in the restaurant. Always happy to see us, and made sure out dining experience was always a pleasurable one. The executive chef was always on hand and passed by regularly to make sure we were kept happy and enjoyed the meals prepared. I would highly recommend this hotel for a beach relaxing getaway.

The staff is very friendly. The staff at beachside Inn were fantastic! They made check-in easy, and my room had a beautiful beach view.The surroundings including the rooms are very clean. The food is also very delicious.I highly recommend this as the best hotel to spend a vacation.💙

Thaala Bentota provides a peaceful retreat with excellent security and privacy. The resort is well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious, offering great views of the beach. The staff ensures a safe and comfortable environment, with attentive service throughout the stay. With its secluded location, visitors can relax and enjoy the tranquility without worries. The food is flavorful.

We had a wonderful 10 days staying at Thaala Bentota which was made extra special due to the great staff. There is an excellent positive culture created by the leadership. When we had something needed sorting, Roche was on the case and it was resolved immediately. Everyone is greeted with a warm smile, whether it is the guys in green tending the wonderful gardens and keeping everything so tidy, those in white ensuring the lovely pools are cleaned daily, towels provided etc, those at reception..... I'd like to say a special thanks to Lasantha and the guys cleaning our room and those in the restaurant including Kalindu, Mendis and Keerthi. You are incredible. Photos attached. We are already missing those amazing Sri Lankan curries and the tasty egg hoppers.

stars for all the staff. Information with regard to 'what's on' is severely lacking. Events/shows/musicians performed to empty chairs. Rooms / all facilities/ cleanliness all good. Pool/ beach/ hotel /food all very high standard. But perhaps a little more variety!
