NH Bentota Ceysands Resort recensioner

The reception is working strangely at night, and the check-in rate is slow. The rooms are old and a bit dirty. Nevertheless, it is generally acceptable.

This is definitely one of the worst managed four star resort. The facilities are nice even though we did not use them. The rooms are ok, but not up to a four star standard. The resort is not well managed. We had the buffet breakfast in the resort- when we walked in , there used to be almost no clean tables available. After I got the table, I paid attention to the amount of the time that is needed for the staff to clean and set up the dirty table ready to use for other guests. It was never ready even after I finished my breakfast. There are many other issues in the buffet breakfast. Long queue for omelet, coffee, and the plates for fresh fruits are always empty. The poor guy who is cutting the fruits is too busy to fill in the fruit plates. I thought the fruit should be prepared and cut for the breakfast rather than prepare on the spot. There is also some billing mistake (not surprised), although it was settled later on, but I waited for at least 20 min to get the bill to be adjusted etc. overall, the price is not value for your money.

Awesome resort!! Located with a sea on one side and river on another side just makes it perfect. Very clean good hospitality The pool is something to look forward for huge pool!! Plus for vegetarians there are few options available

Reception 服務一般, 酒店沒有安排們我們要求的服務， 1. 預留司機房間,當天我們的司機在酒店等了大約1個半小時，酒店也沒有房間給我們的司機到最後要我們的司機在外租房住， 至於酒店經理也推卸責任他說他沒有收到任何信息，也沒有作出即時應變. 2.當天是我們生日及結婚週年， 酒店方面也沒有任何安排，酒店經理只說沒有收到任何訊息推卸責任給第三方，幸好360餐廳員工有善及服務很好，特別是Suranjith and Samira, 當他們得知我們入住當天生日及結婚週年，特意為我們送上蛋糕及慶祝驚喜。

Останавливалась в отеле на две недели. Расположен отель около океана, что было очень удобно. Уборка номера была дважды в день, утром и вечером. Всегда после уборки мою комнату украшали цветами, это было очень приятно

一個訂單定了同樣三間高級園景房，要求雙床，到酒店全部分開比較遠，酒店前台説他們收到的是下的三個訂單，入住進去才發現衹有一間符合圖片園景，其餘兩間一間陽台外是搭建出來的房子的牆，還有一間成了一張大床園景成了湖景説升級了的，聯繫了平台跟酒店交涉説滿房了換不了，最後由平台賠償了兩間房的補償，希望平台以後加強對代理商的監督，不要再出現這種亂七八糟的情況，浪費時間

Были чуть пятна на постельном, но видимо уже просто не отстирывалось такое, одно или два нашел. В остальном было всё супер, чисто, приятно, посидеть и номера в кайф, территория отеля радует глаз, как и сама эта локация, пляжи чистые, народу мало, погулять, почилить самое то, цены адекватные. Шведский стол классный, персонал приятный на общение.

環境：環境優美的地方，面對着游泳池和沙灘，沙灘上的沙子很細，不穿鞋也可以，不怕痛。 服務：打掃衞生的服務員非常熱情，每天早上出去玩回來，床上都有很多新鮮的花和用毛巾做的大象、狗等，心情馬上舒暢！

房間比較舊，潮…銷售圖片和房間類型不負..入住要求圖片房型耽誤了1個多小時溝通，希望攜程嚴格管理下銷售圖片和房型不負問題

挺好的，出去就是海很近，下次還來住，這次就定到一晚上，有點可惜了，

房間很大，服務態度也很好

The hotel is good . I think they need some cosmetics paint job in rooms. The staff is polite Shehan in the hotel was the most polite, extra fast to bring cocktails. The experience was the best of the best. 100% punctuality, service and communication.
