Apartment Hotel YAEZAKI

- Good location (adjacent to Donki) - Can see the sunrise at the balcony 😆 - Facilities were in good condition (NEW Hotel) - Free drinks at lobby - Washing machines embedded with detergents

Spacious room for 2. The washer and dryer is really helpful. But the hotspring only open to customers (FOC) at 10pm, which is a bit too late. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Perfect locations, many food store around Donki 1min walk Good staff services Free drinks Have onsen on top floor Have washing machine, fridge

I had a wonderful stay at Apartment Hotel Yaezaki. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out — the staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and attentive, making the entire experience feel welcoming and effortless. One of the pleasant surprises was the availability of free drinks, a thoughtful touch that added comfort and convenience throughout my stay. The onsen with a beautiful view was truly a highlight. It offered a relaxing atmosphere and a scenic backdrop that made each visit feel rejuvenating. My room was spotlessly clean and impressively new, reflecting the hotel’s high standards and attention to detail. It was a comfortable space that made me feel right at home. Overall, Apartment Hotel Yaezaki is a great choice for anyone seeking excellent service, modern rooms, and a memorable onsen experience. I would gladly stay here again.

We very like this hotel, clean, spacious and very new. Fully equipped.

The check-in process was smooth. There was no room card provided; instead, I was given a password to access my room, which was stated on a formal document. Be sure to take a photo of the password and keep it safe, as you’ll need it throughout your stay. Since there is no room card, there is also no formal check-out process—simply vacate the room by your designated check-out date and time. The room was spacious and well-equipped with full amenities, including a water dispenser, clothes-hanging space, a balcony, a TV, and a bathtub. There was no housekeeping service during my stay, so you’ll need to keep the room clean yourself. However, the hotel staff kindly placed fresh towels and new amenities in a basket outside the room daily for guests to use. The hotel is located near Beppu Station, although it requires a bit of walking to get there. A Don Quijote (Donki) store is conveniently located just opposite the hotel. For convenience stores, you’ll need to walk a little further in the direction of Beppu Tower. The hotel also offers a welcome drink at the lobby and has coin-operated laundry dryers on the first floor. Additionally, there is a washing machine available in the room. Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Love the size of the apartment and ease of parking . Located next to a busy Don qijote. The apartment is pretty new

Superb location with car park. Right next to Donki and walkable distance to Tokiwa and the station. Clean room and very helpful staff.

The hotel locates in the center of the city. Everything you need is nearby. The room is well-equipped!
