B&B Hotel Bergamo City recensioner

The hotel itself was modern and clean, had very little to complain about.

Good for the price and the location. Slightly neglected but clean.

Extremely kind service, good location, the room was very nice like for this price.

A very very clean hotel, everything new and well maintained. Very close (5-7 minute walk) to the Central Station and take Train or Bus. From here you can take bus no. 1 for Milan Bergamo Airport €2.60 ticket. See the program in the attached picture.

The place was admittedly a little bit difficult to get to but was very worth the price paid and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The plus point is that the hotel is very near to the airport and it was convenient to get there to catch my morning flight.

My experience was very good and I love everything about the hotel.

Reception very friendly,although there was an error regarding breakfast payment. Room very clean, very functional with comfortable bed. Breakfast excellent. Only concern was walking from Station through quite intimidating area. I would not recommend anyone on their own to walk the route except in daytime. Some people could have sleep disturbed by train noise but I wasn't. Picture from bedroom.

It was litle bit hard when i was made the check in on the machine but all it was nice

I left the not disturb sign at my door and my room was invaded anyway. Not only my documents and credit cards and wallet were on the desk but there was a lot of personal things around the room (I was late for a wedding and left in a rush in the morning) The person that came changed the towels, touched my personal things, even touched my underwear and changed it of place and I think folded some. This person “tidied the bed) but did not even stretch or ventilated the sheets, nor changed or cleaned. Neither cleaned the room ( I know because there was dirt in the floor and a stain from the morning the same). I do not know what is worse because when I went down to the reception to make the complain, the woman who received me completed disregarded what I was telling her, told me “ah ok” … I stood there and she asked for my room number (I guess because I was returning an iron too) I told her and she said “ok, thank you”

Great hotel. Convenient location. It takes less than 15 min from the subway and 5min from the bus stop which goes to the bergamoto airport. Staffs are kind and friendly. I check out so early morning but they are so loyal to me. It was excellent customer service, and I am satisfied .

Good hotel, clean, parking at 5€ per day.
