Location of the hotel is close to the central bus and train station. The tram from the airport also stops nearby too. Breakfast spread is nice. Our room was along the corridor but we were unaware of any noises. The room we had could use a bit more lighting though, because it was quite dark. Otherwise, it was perfect.

The location is very central, close to a big park, and shops and tram stop. Good service and breakfast.

Very close to the train station but a reasonable 15 min walk to the city centre. Check in/ out were smooth. Breakfast buffet was great.

Good location 4-5min walking distance to Bergen station. 20min walking distance to Bryggen. Well breakfast services with many food choices and nice dining space.

Very typical Norwegian Hotel chain, cleanliness could be better, breakfast spread was big, and the train/bus stations are just stone throw's away

The very sweet lady (Ms. Marha?) on the reception upgraded our room as well as gave awesome recommendations for nearby bars and clubs! The hotel itself was clean, and the breakfast spread was out of this world!

Good location..easily accessible from train station..asked to check in at 4 pm instead of 3 pm due to shortage of staff. Cups and glasses in room were dusty..breakfast was good

The hotel is quiet and has a nice view, and it's very clean Besides, they upgraded the room. Thank you very much!! There is a bus terminal and a big mart right in front of you It's very convenient!!

Parking opposite the hotel was free in a multi-storey car park. The hotel was relaxed. The bar food was expensive but that’s Norway! My hubby had the beef burger and said it was average. The staff were friendly The real plus was the breakfast it was fabulous. The choice was vast and the quality good. It took us 15 minutes walk to the centre of Bergen.
