Everything about this hotel is excellent. Breakfast, location, staff, amenities and service. I would recommend this hotel to others

It is a well located hotel that's clean and cosy. Thomas, the receptionist, was very, very helpful. I had an issue with my next hotel and asked for help. Very happy with my stay.

the rooms were adequate, not big. the beds were fine. I couldn't figure out how to use th airconditioning, but that was i. they ask you to pick a breakfast time, but you should ignore that. the one time we ate late, they were out of pastreis (which were very good.)

The breakfast are so delicious!!Also,the survey are very great ,we are from the UK and need the transfer charge line,they are happy to help us and when I got sick they helped me to find the medicines shop!!It gives me a very great impression about the city!I love the people lived here and I enjoy here so much!Thanks for give me wonderful memories ❤️

Very central hotel with amazing friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent along with the dinner we had there one night. 15% off restaurant meals for guests was a nice touch. Beds were comfy but as in previous reviews the room could do with more lights as the only lights in the bed section of the room were 2 bedside lights. We would return in a heartbeat though.

Hotel location is good. Environment abit dark. Breakfast is good. Staffs are helpful n friendly. Room are warm ,cannot really have a good sleep.

great stay, additional last minute same day booking but hotel was able to arrange check in easily. breakfast was great with fantastic spread.

The staff were very friendly and they even helped me get a taxi when I was running late to catch a flight.

There are also fantastic restaurants nearby, making for a very satisfying stay. The interior of the hotel is very clean, with bedside outlets, a stable Wi-Fi connection, and great shower temperature control—everything was perfect.
