Vi stannade här i 7 nätter. Telefonen i det första rummet var trasig, och fönsterbrädan och sängbordet var täckt med ett tunt lager av damm. Receptionen flyttade oss senare till ett annat rum dag efter att ha bott här i en vecka När det gäller servicen, bara receptionen och dörrvakten är bra, andra tjänster är mycket dåliga, frukosten är inte fräsch, maten saknas ofta, servicen är inte bra, det mest löjliga är det sista. natt ställde servitören rummets väckarklocka utan vår vetskap vid städning ⏰, jag väcktes tidigt på morgonen, med otaliga ***** i hjärtat. Vi beställde också mat i vårt rum, men det kom inte efter att ha väntat i en timme. Tyskarna är verkligen för långsamma. Inte värt priset och fem stjärnor.

Läget är extremt fördelaktigt Det ligger på Potsdamer Platz i centrala Berlin, så säkerhetsfaktorn är mycket hög (till skillnad från Östberlin och andra platser där det är väldigt kaotiskt plats, du kan gå till Berlin Philharmonic Hall och Brandenburg om du sparar den. Rumsytan är mycket stor, med början på 40m². Vi rekommenderar king size-sängrummet med utsikt. Fönstret vetter mot huvudgatan och landskapet och belysningen är mycket bra. Frukostkvaliteten är mycket bra!

Det är det billigaste Ritz-Carlton jag någonsin bott på. Det kostade mer än 2 000 yuan under sommarlovet, vilket fortfarande är värt det. Det skulle vara bra om du lägger till lite gröt och nudlar som passar den kinesiska magen till frukost!

Excellent stay, large and luxurious bathrooms. Area is ok, in the central business area, well connected via tube but not in the thick of the action, not a criticism more to note. Very friendly staff

Room very average and has an old , musty smell. Fridge was broken also which contributes to the smell. Informed the reception to take a look and fix if necessary. When we came back, they said they managed to fix. Back to the room, still not working. Not the kind of service or compensation you would expect for a prestigious brand

Very good hotel, rooms a little bit old. The bed is very comfortable, not every night they come to clean for the second time. Staff is nice.

丽思卡尔頓每次都不让我失望。酒店位于波茨坦广场门口，交通便利，車站下面有一个东方中國超市，买东西很方便，去犹太人紀念牌和勃兰登堡门步行几分钟。酒店设施健身房健身器材很棒。酒店早餐非常值得，水果品质和种类都超赞，其他也很好。房间设施一流，只是马桶与淋浴房一起，洗澡后注意擦乾地面，否則容易摔倒。

Отель понравился!!! Супер вкусные и разнообразные завтраки ❤️ прилетели в Берлин в 8.00 и нас сразу заселили , что безумно приятно и удобно, смогли выспаться))) нашему французскому бульдогу тоже были рады, предоставили вкусняшки и кровать) обязательно вернемся 😊👌
