The Ac was not that efficient and the room needs iron for clothes, coffee machine or tea and refreshment's or snakes.

I love the big lounge. Its clean The early check in price was very fair.. However how doesn't a big hotel like Estrel not have an invite water bottle in the room. Moreover, there is no Kettle (tea & coffee).

The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality, remembering our names and preferences. Rooms were immaculately clean with luxurious bedding and stunning ocean views. The central location made exploring easy, yet the property felt peacefully secluded. Breakfast buffet offered fresh, diverse options that changed daily. Small thoughtful touches like evening turndown chocolates and personalized welcome notes made us feel truly valued. We'll definitely be returning and highly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort and elegance!

[Tourist Review] Very big place with lots of rooms. Location is very far out from City Centre, and the nearest S Bahn station is kinda sketchy and rowdy so please be careful when travelling there. Lots of homeless people and drunkards around even in the day time. Best way to get back is via Bus M41 but takes about 40 minutes from Hauptbahnhof to the hotel. The Good - Breakfast 👍🏼👍🏼 lots of variety and tasty food, recommended if you are staying here. The Bad - Dated rooms, small and old TV, toilets only provided 1x 3-in-1 soap for showering. No other amenities such as kettle, fridge, slippers etc. Super soft beds and pillows which are nearly impossible to sleep on. Beds for single are smaller than usual. Lifts are slow and insufficient to cater to the demand (especially morning). ** VERY BAD soundproofing between rooms, thin wall and doors, resulting in loud noise pollution in the morning with doors closing and people talking. ** Aircon only provides cool air, not cold.

Amazing hotel for Berlin. Decent room size and clean. Parking extra charges. Good value for money

Everything is great and the room is clean and tidy. The service also good, but the water in room is not free. It should told us before or leave a note in the room. The staff just told me when I was check out, It a little bit trick.

Great service

Ideal hotel if you are participating in a conference that takes place in the same venue. It's not far away from the metro, and it has a supermarket available at a close distance. Rooms are spacious comparing to other hotels.

Hotel localizado junto à estação de comboio que liga ao aeroporto de berlin. Cama confortável, bom banheiro, mas o chão é em alcatifa, o que não é muito higiénico. Tv fraca, boas instalações no hall.

Jahreseröffnungsmeeting der Firma. Wir waren das erste Mal in dem Hotel und sind von der Freundlichkeit im Hotel begeistert.
