First, when I checked in, the receptionist didn't welcome us, he asked for the reservation and gave me the room key that was all. The iron place isn't suitable at all in the corridor near the elevator if it is in a room for it or they send it to your room as in other hotels will be more decent. Hot water is not always found in the shower. These things I didn't like and the rest was good. Overall rating: 3 stars worth no more

I have chosen a two bed room and got a very spacious room, very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel is very well located in Neuköln, close to Kreuzköln, to subway station, to nice restaurants, cafés and local stores and to Tempelhof park.

Just a little dissapointed about the service that reception is quite unfriendly when I need some help. Location is great just near the Boddinstraße station.

We definitely loved this hotel! The room was so big! The internet was great! Super close to a convenient store. A bit far from the city but not so far from the underground.

The entrance of the hotel gives me a sense of not secure as it locates to a quite laneway. Others are ok as Berlin remote areas are old and poverty. But the whole night is full of sparkling sounds that make me astonished and cannot sleep well.

Stayed here for a second time and found it to be consistently good. Well located for the Tempelhoff and good links to other areas of Berlin.

The beds was kind of uncomfortable and the shower leaked a lot of water. Overall not a bad location. There are a lot of food places in the area.

Friendly staff, good location for public transport, rooms were clean and well furnished, perhaps a little dated. Housekeeping were very good to us and tidied up our room every day. Bathtub had deep black mould in the corners and not a small amount.. that should be looked honestly.

Everything from the location to the breakfast buffet was terrific. We would only give feedback on the mattress quality and how we could not cast media from our phones to the tv unless we paid extra for the faster internet per day.

Staff is quite helpful and nice. The hotel is in local area (not near tourist spot). That's so relaxing to live there. But the entrance is a bit difficult to find. And it is a bit far when I travel to the museums.
