Two Hotel Berlin by Axel - Adults Only recensioner

Although our hotel reservation was Kingsize bed, the lady at the reception said that they gave the kingsize bed to another customer and that they did not have a kingsize bed. We had to sleep in a twin bed. The lady at the reception said that she would talk to the manager and return, that they could give us a discount because of this situation, but there was no return. Also the room was not cleaned for 3 days. We were told that we had to pay 5 euro for room cleaning. I heard this for the first time and I was very surprised.

Of the 3 nights we were staying in the hotel, not a single time did the cleaning lady come to clean the room, throw out the trash or even bring a single towel! So from that side, I am shocked that a supposedly 4 star hotel doesn't have daily room cleaning service. On top of that, the first night there was a - what sounded to me as a fire alarm test and trial at 4 AM! The bright side of this hotel is the lady Pamela which works at the reception, she was very kind and helpful to give us an earlier checkin, and show me all the things around in the neighborhood, advice on transport, restaurants, etc. So thank you for the exceptional service Pamela!

I recently stayed at the Axel Hotel in Berlin for an academic conference and was disappointed with my experience at hotel and even Trip.com services. Despite the high cost of booking compared to nearby hotels or ***********, the hotel did not provide basic amenities such as air conditioning, toothbrushes, toothpaste, water kettle, slippers, and tissues. When I raised my concerns with the hotel staff, they did not address my complaints or offer any solutions. Unfortunately, my stay was further complicated by health issues, which were exacerbated by the lack of air conditioning. Despite having four more days left in my stay, the hotel staff refused to fix the situation or offer me a new room during first three days. Later, they provided everything but you need to go to reception each time . Overall, I would not recommend the Axel Hotel in Berlin due to the lack of basic facilities and poor customer service. Meanwhile, i have compared the prices between *********** and trip.com as my friend’s preferred other sites. His booking includes taxi service, breakfast with big room but in my case, they just provide a room. Hope trip.com will also improve their services and inspect the hotels quality.

The location is good, it is close to the under ground, but the room is little bit small and the WiFi is very weak.

Alles super! nette Rezeption, im Vergleich zum "normalen" Axel deutlich besser, danke tür den zuvorkommenden Late check out!!

這家酒店接待LGBT，雖然我不是。不過還是略微讓我有點驚訝。 酒店房間和歐洲其他經濟型酒店一樣，都比較小。不過還算乾淨衞生，有點是特別安靜，那幾天睡得確實安穩。 不太好的是酒店早餐，11天基本沒有換過，都是一樣的，吃的人傷心。
