Fairly modern, super convenient location, great value accommodation and very helpful, friendly staff

The place is quiet and the staff are nice too. Our room is clean and heater is working good. However it is a bit far from the main train station 700m especially pulling 3 big luggages with us. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay and able to get our groceries and food from nearby supermarkets for our dinner.

Friendly staff, 12 minutes walking to the central station.

Everything about our stay here was perfect. We were two adults two children (11, 13) sharing a family room. Christian checked us in and was so helpful and friendly offering advice, directions etc. The room 417 was a great size and exceptionally clean with soap / shampoo, towels and bedding. There is a double door to the hallway so no issue with noise. We had breakfast one day which was cheese, meat, various breads and rolls, cereals, yogurt, jelly, eggs and beans and unlimited tea, coffee, juice etc. There was a family room with pool etc which the kids loved. I saw a sign for a laundry but did not use it. To find the place from Hauptbanhof was easy. And its around 20 mins walk to Brandenburg gate Overall a fantastic family guest house, no bad behaviour, we will come back to this place to stay when we return to Berlin and would recommend.

Stayed with 2 friends in a 4 bed dorm, private bathroom and toilet, was clean and what we needed but absolutely nothing fancy, Very helpful staff and very knowledgeable about helping us get about the local area. Could have done with a kettle and mini fridge in the room, and perhaps a daily towel rather than 1 per stay Wouldn’t come here as a couple or family, but a place to rest a drunken head, very much acceptable

We had a chance to stay at this place for a couple of days while on a visit to Inno-Trans Conference. Since most of the hotel were already booked – we booked this property. It is basically a youth hostel wherein you can find lots of youth transiting on a Berlin visit. The rooms are clean and located in a green environment with lots of trees surrounding it. All historic sites of Berlin are located in close proximity of this hostel which can be covered by bike or a walk. Berlin Central station is located just less than half a km away. Staff is very approachable and helpful. The hotel provides an excellent breakfast with wide range of menu at an economical price of Euro 8.5. The room which I got had two bunker beds and a single bed which made the whole room quite cramped. This property is very costly when such rooms are booked for an individual. Otherwise the room was clean and had a good view. There is no restaurant or bar and one has to go outside.

Staff were so friendly and cheerful. Great spacious hostel just off the main road so quiet and calm even though it’s central. We loved it! Only problem is Wi-Fi which doesn’t work in the rooms. Bikes available to hire too. We were a family of four and it was perfect thank you!

Ich war zusammen mit einem Freund in einem Dreibett-Zimmer in Haus 2 untergebracht und hatte eine sehr schöne Zeit! Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und die direkte Lage zum Hauptbahnhof ist bei diesen Preisen unschlagbar! Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, das Bad und die Bettwäsche sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist erstaunlich vielfältig und lecker und das Personal immer super freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Belle auberge de jeunesse lumineuse. Bien placée à dix mn à pied de la gare centrale Hauptbahnof. On a tout aimé : le bon rapport qualité/prix, les chambres propres avec de quoi charger son portable près du lit, le personnel super sympa, les petits déjeuners buffet (beaucoup de choix), le dîner buffet très varié également avec du végétarien et vegan. Bref, un séjour au top !! Vielen Danke

Buona posizione a 5 minuti dalla stazione ed a 20 minuti di cammino dalla porta di Brandeburgo,il lato esterno dell’ostello è molto carino si può stare ai tavoli per sorseggiare un drink e magari leggere un libro.Le camere sono semplici,non ho trovato una buona pulizia ed i bagni non erano nuovissimi,Wi-Fi inesistente.
