Holiday Inn Berlin City East Side, an IHG Hotel recensioner

Great hotel for the film fest, located right next to Verti music hall. Extremely convenient.

The room was super clean. The hotel is centrally located. Walking distance from a shopping mall and the train station. We tried ordering room service but we didn’t have a way to do it and when we called reception they basically told us to just look in the room for the menu. We only had a breakfast one. Other than that, everything else was awesome.

The location is convenient. Just right the corner of Railway station n Mercedes Arena so as East side mall. Berlin Wall is just 3 minutes walk.

Everything was good, the room allotted could have been better considering I was traveling with my partner. Food was decent 😋

The room was very noisy. The corridor is not very clean or need some renovations. The servant at breakfast doesn't follow the hygiene rules and touches upper parts of the utensils. Breakfast is a bit expensive. Overall it is might be an okay option to stay but there are much better places in the area.

Close to the concert hall I was visiting this week. A nice standard hotel with no complaints other then the grumpy receptionist. Luckely he had a much nicer colleague beside him.

The internet was v v bad. The staff did their best and are every friendly but it was still v v bad. Don’t expect the internet will be working and you can do anything more except WhatsApp with this connection. Cleaning stops after 1030am… which might not be ideal. Gym is a bit too basic they should buy 2 racks of 1-20 kg pair dumbells.

中規中矩很不錯，地段在景區，到Sbahn輕軌步行即可，重點是東柏林好玩的都在周圍，主要是為了步行到Berghain～ 哈哈哈 dddd

位置非常好，不過停車位不太容易預訂上，周邊因為挨着Uber Plaza，所以停車位不太容易找，可以停到旁邊Eastside Mall，封頂10歐。酒店環境和早餐都不錯。旁邊就是東邊畫廊，非常不錯的位置。

前台服務熱情專業，早餐大多西式，還不錯，如果有煎蛋更好了。房間乾淨衞生，每天打掃更換茶包，連續住了5天，周邊就是地鐵站和商場，方便。

酒店比較新， 位置很好。 前台的服務員態度有待改善

地段不錯，晚上睡覺比較安靜，旁邊就有購物商場，超市和餐廳選擇多。離柏林牆很近。房間有空調，跟攜程酒店設施介紹訊息不一致。
