Old but clean. No toothbrushes or toothpaste. Very noisy outside until past midnight, because there happened to be a group of loud people playing music and drinking alcohol outside in the parking lot, even though our family room was already on the 5th floor. Staff were super friendly, and breakfast was good. The location is also great because it is super close to the subway. When we checked out, a small city tax of less than 6 euros had to be paid at the counter.

I am not satisfied with the Horel dtay,there is no proper good servuce st thevhotel,no proper response,people are not do friendly,other than that location and connectivity with the other parts of Berlin with publicctransport ist really good.

Very old and dated interiors. No amenities, even the bottled water in the room is chargeable. No kettles in room, needs to go down to collect a flask of hot water from the reception. The toilet is tiny with poor drainage. The shower curtain barely even prevents water from getting out of the shower area. Rooms are not at all sound proof. Got insect bites in sleeping in the bed. It was a no choice stay. Try somewhere else please!

No air condition and quite noisy especially at night time. Try once only and never book again.

Quite old structure but clean enough, friendly stuff and good breakfast.

Unbelievably slow. I waited 30mins just for check out and we almost couldn’t catch our train. The staff at the reception truly do not know how to arrange their time for every customer😅🤡

Great, clean and money worth.

The room I stayed in was a bit worn out, outdated. It faced a noisy street. However, when the window was closed the noise was reduced to almost none. On the other hand, you could hear any eventual sound from the corridor. The room didn't have an air condition, or minibar (fridge). The bathroom was tiny. The room itself was spacious, it was cleaned daily, the sheets were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Pretty decent hotel, for that price you would want to expect more, but prices in Berlin have skyrocketed recently.
