Holiday Inn - the Niu, Hide Berlin Friedrichshain recensioner

I stayed here for 5 nights for the Berlin Marathon. I would have to say that overall I was very comfortable at this hotel. Yes it's a few kms away from the famous sights but the it's really easy just to jump onto the U5 line directly outside the hotel and it will bring you directly to the Brandenburg Gate in less than 10 minutes. The staff at the hotel were all kind, warm and friendlyl. Many spoke excellent English. The deco of the hotel had a cool vibe about it. Berlin is an amazing City that needs to be visited. The room is perfect for solo travellers and spotless clean. The only real negative comment I could make was no kettle in the rooms and the temperature of the shower needs to be a little higher. Other than that I really like this hotel and they run a good business.

Friendly staff, great location in terms of connectivity. Bathroom wasn’t super conveniently designed.

Brand new and very clean. The problem is that the rooms are small, and Frankfurter Allée is a bit far from most tourist attractions. Still, it’s easy to get around with the S-Bahn and u-Bahn, and the hotel is next to a small mall with supermarkets, shops, and restaurants.

The check-in was realy smooth. It was hard to find the entrance to the hotel, but overall, it's manageable. Service is great. Looking forward to book this hotel again next time in Berlin!

The room was clean and nice. There were some card games in the room, which was unexpected. We booked the hotel because of the free bar drinks they offer if you don’t request for room make up. However, not sure if it was because the cleaning lady overlooked the sign we put up or what. Our room got tidied and there were no free bar drinks for us. Overall was pretty nice, would recommend!

The staff is nice, the room is a bit small but so clean and good designed. The hotel offers free drink if you no need the per day room cleaning.

Excellent choice in the east of Berlin. Outstanding connection to downtown and airport via S-Bahn and U-Bahn.

Easy to find right at the entrance of the shopping mall. Great tram and ubahn connection near by. Room is small but modern and very clean. Kind receptionists.

The room was nice, clean and comfy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Hotel liegt direkt neben einem Einkaufszenter in dem es wirklich alles mögliche gibt. (Lebensmittel, Schreibwaren, Restaurants und co) U-Bahn und Straßenbahn sind 2 minuten Gehweg entfernt. Hotel war super sauber! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)! PS. Das Hotel ist beim ersten Mal etwas schwer zu finden, da der Eingang sich quasi wie auf einem Hinterhof befindet, den man am Anfang nicht direkt entdeckt. Eingang ist direkt neben dem Eingang zum Ringcenter.
