It was a terrible place . I did not feel comfortable after 3 hours when I heard yelling and screaming from the residents ! I think the place host lots of asylum seekers and refugees !! It was so unsavoury I left after 4 hours ! The internet dropped out all the time and was unable to use the connection !!!! Terrible place . And I didn't get a refund and no response from the hotel.... Don't go there ....!

這是一家不值得入住的古老民宿，電梯極小，衹能一個人帶行李上二樓，登記接待處在二樓一間極小房間，房間床墊都巳塌陷，而且非常不友好，離火車站也不算近，到達柏林火車站，應該入住火車站對面的宜必思酒店。我們第一次去德國柏林不瞭解情況。千萬別再上當了。價格也要120歐元一晚

Front door opens into a hall and stairway that has a pronounced musty smell. Reception is on the second floor. The room was basic but clean enough. WiFi is not very gohod with intermittent Internet connection. The rooms are very noisy from internal noise and traffic from the busy junction outside. The worst part of the stay was that although the average temperature was 14C there was absolutely NO heating in the room, it was freezing at night in particular. Oh, the TV, well, the less said about that the better. The location for the main station is very good. Rooms1.0Service1.0

Certainly no one in the hotel speaks English, and the person at the reception I spoke to was very rude. First she hangs up and pretends she's not there, then she hangs up, quoting that the reservations should be changed by letter. The problem is that no one answers the letter sent via the form or email. The day before my departure I received information from the carrier that the trains to Berlin were not running. I wanted to postpone my visit until later. It is no longer possible to cancel the reservation, but the hotel would not lose. Maybe someone from the embassy needs to come and translate the letter. I do not recommend it.

I chose this hotel since it was so close to the main railway station. In fact, the M10 tram travels between the two (a stop outside each). The hotel is secure with keys to front door, hall door, and room. The concierge is helpful and you can leave your bag outside official check in times. I found the room was not cheap and a bit small, but had all I needed. The stairs up to reception and the rooms on floor 2 are steep, but there is an antiquated lift that works. The location cannot be bettered, with a good range of restaurants and cafes nearby.

This is absolutely not what is sold in the pictures. It’s tired and run down. We had actually upgraded two weeks before arriving. Thinking we were getting an apartment room with sofa and somewhere we could relax after sightseeing. It was two rooms side by side with very old hard squeaky beds. Two showers, though extremely small, and one smelt of sewage all the time. The kitchen area was tiny. We paid over £600 for four nights, I know we didn’t expect luxury, but we expected more than we got, so not like any of the photos on the website. The cleaners need to get rid of the cobwebs hanging from the lights and pictures that are on the wall. A very noisy place, smelt awful. If we return to Germany. It would NOT be to this hotel.

Pésimo, hotel muy viejo, recepcionista muy antipática y mal educada, las fotos del anuncio no se corresponden con la realidad. Estuvimos en un apartamento para 5 personas, al dejar la habitación por la tarde me llega un cargo de 50€ acusándonos de robar una tetera y una cafetera ,las cuales no estaban. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
