Amazing apartment! I was worried from the reviews on google maps but the apartment was very good and clean. Everything looked new and recently renovated. Also, the apartment does have an air conditioner which is a bonus because it wasn’t listed in the amenities. They could improve on the bathroom amenities such as shampoo or shower gel (for which they didn’t have). However, it’s an absolute steal for this price in berlin, and will definitely be staying here next time.

Lage Top, Ausstattung könnte Besser sein (Seife Kaffekapseln etc). Batterien der Fernbedienung waren defekt, auch ärgerlich. Kommen trotzdem wieder;)

During my recent stay at your hotel, I encountered a number of issues that affected my overall experience. While the hotel appeared relatively new and clean, there were several areas where improvements are needed. 1. Blocked Floor Drain: One evening, as I prepared to take a shower, I noticed that the floor drain was completely blocked. This was highly inconvenient and unexpected. As a hotel guest, I believe it is not my responsibility to unclog drains manually. The task was unpleasant and should have been addressed by the hotel staff promptly. 2. Lack of Proper Cleaning Services: The cleaning services provided during my stay were disappointing. We had to repeatedly request basic cleaning essentials such as vacuuming and toilet paper. It was frustrating to spend a significant portion of our vacation time coordinating with the cleaning staff, especially considering that our requests were not excessive. 3. Inadequate Floor Cleaning: Upon arrival, we noticed that the floors were dirty and had not been properly vacuumed. This gave a poor first impression and indicated a lack of attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness. 4. Inconsistent Trash Management: The handling of trash was inconsistent. While one of the trash cans was emptied, the other remained full, suggesting an incomplete job by the housekeeping staff. Consistency in maintaining cleanliness is crucial for a pleasant guest experience. 5. Inconsistent Towel Change Service: The towel change service was also inconsistent. Some days, the towels were replaced, while on other days, they were not. This inconsistency can leave guests feeling uncertain about the level of service they can expect during their stay. 6. Misleading Information about Air Conditioning: One of the most significant issues we faced was the absence of the air conditioning system that was promised on ***********. This was particularly problematic as we had a family member with asthma, and the lack of cool air aggravated their symptoms. False information provided regarding amenities is not only misleading but also poses potential health risks to guests. I hope this review provides comprehensive feedback that will assist the management in identifying areas for improvement. It is my sincere hope that necessary actions will be taken to rectify these issues, ensuring that future guests have a more positive and comfortable stay at your hotel. Due to these problems, we decided to check out a day earlier than planned. We hope to hear from you regarding our concerns and the appropriate resolution to address the issues we encountered during our stay.

Booked this apartment for some friends and found it very satisfactory for a 5 night stay, especially for the price. We booked a one bedroom apartment for two single friends and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms, the facilities (TVs in bedroom and living room, small kitchenette with dishwasher and also dining table) and the nice condition of furnishings. The staff we were in contact with were pleasant but perhaps slightly harrassed, possibly under pressure because seemed to be late and only one person on duty, but they were friendly and polite. Everything worked well and would recommend booking online because the prices were far more reasonable. Its a good location in the Neukoelln neighborhood. Can be a bit noisy outside but closing windows helped and there's a supermarket next door, plus underground train to central areas (from where one would ctach airport train) less than 5 minutes walk away.

Very nice modern apartment - we reserved one with a balcony which made a real difference and had a panorama over Berlin. Very pleasant for sitting out. Triple glazing in the windows kept the street noise out at night. Staff were helpful and made arrangements for out of hours check in too. Lots of facilities nearby - U-bahn, bike rental station, supermarket, cafes and bars etc. We will stay again when visiting family in Berlin

The Aeronaut has very reasonable appartments. They are new and really modern and greatly climatized. We could park our bikes inside. And everything works by a pass.. The kitchen is new and the beds slept great. Thanks

No sabría por donde empezar, lo peor es la falta de respuesta cuando surge un problema. Durante los días que estuvimos prácticamente no funcionaba la recepción, ni siquiera en los horarios que anunciaban. A la hora que llegamos debíamos hacer el auto-cheking en una maquina, pero a pesar de habernos cobrado previamente toda la reserva dos días antes de llegar, nos volvía a exigir el importe completo. Pasamos dos horas intentando comunicar con ellos, los teléfonos que indicaban para localizarles o no eran atendidos o se oían sonar en la recepción... Ni nosotros ni Booking conseguimos localizarlos, así que tuvimos que abonar la reserva por segunda vez para no quedarnos a dormir en la calle. Aun seguimos esperando la respuesta a las llamadas... En los días siguientes, encontramos hasta 3 clientes mas con problemas en el check-in y sin que nadie contestara a sus llamadas. Evitaría estos apartamentos si no quieres encontrarte con sorpresas desagradables. Para empezar esta domotizado, pero esta mal programado, con la apertura de persianas de una habitación abres las de otra y con las luces pasa igual. En mitad de la noche el grifo del baño se abre a toda potencia, según ellos esta programado para limpiar los filtros, pero si no te levantas a cerrarlo a las 3 de la mañana la pileta se desborda. La calefacción no funciona, en una de las habitaciones no se puede ni respirar y teníamos que tener abierta la ventana, mientras en el resto del apartamento, salón incluido estaba helado. Había 3 TV en el apartamento, pero una no funcionaba y otra no tenia mando. Se supone que la ocupación es para 4 personas, pero no había vajilla suficiente para todos. No hay tostador, ni abre-botellas, solo una sartén y una olla. La limpieza bastante somera, por no decir insuficiente. Según ellos, la limpieza era cada dos días, sin embargo no fue así.
